how are the buds , I need to choose between 1+ buds z & realme air buds 2 , I need good ear fitting , good bass , long battery , will use it mostly for calls too , also any problems ? Like the charging difference between left and right buds or 1 working & the other not working ? And where should we touch on the buds for touch controls ?

I bought it one year ago. But now the battery drainage problem. One time full charge works for one hour only... Is there any possibility for repair.

I just connected my 2 years old buds with my OnePlus Nord2 5G phone. I put the buds in the open case, hold the case button for 2 sec until the white led flashes. Then I got a popup window on the phone , rest was self-explaining. With the HeyMelody app it is possible to configure a double tap left and right e.g. to play/stop the music. Sound seems to be quite good. All in all a bit complicated.

I have no option to customize touch controls :( that's the reason I watch the video but it seems like my phone doesn't support it. I have only the default settings

Can i use them individually? Are they both master buds? My concern is, i have to make long duration calls so i am thinking of using one bud at a time and after 1 or 2 hours, will wear the second one and put the previous one back into the case. Is it possible without disconnecting the call?

1 earbud doesn't work....get a Red stable indicator when trying to reset it individually. It shows green light when put back in case. Firmware upgrade 352.352.236 not happening either as it fails with error "keep both buds in case". The other side works, connect & gets reset with all indications Green, White , Red flashing.

Everything is fantastic about these buds apart from regular disconnection every now and then with my one plus 7 t pro. Got it replaced, had trouble shooting with tech support but problem persists. Don't know what to do visited service center many times got my phone reset twice lost everything but service center is outsourced so the people are also indifferent about the problem. Worst experience ever with a well reputed company.

use any third party Equalizer dolby atmos doesn't make a big difference it's just that treble gets a little boost

Can you perform a Mic test, keep the phone at a distance & record your voice & then keep the same phone near & record your voice again. apparently the voice level goes down when the phone is away which indicates that the mic on the budz isnt working & instead is using the mic on the phone (can you test & verify this)

I have the Steven Harrington edition and Oneplus 7T and I can't see the case charge, also the buds charge is not shown in this way. The Buds app seems updated in Playstore :/
