Sir ish tara ka issue bahut hai aur to aur warranty rahne ke baad bhi OnePlus support kuch nhi karti to kya ish issue ko leka consumer court me case kiya ja sakta hai .. Please answer taki 5 6 log mil kar jiske shat ye problem huaa hai case kar sake...
Same problem mujhe v face karni padd Rahi h ....tv ka cost 22899 rs tha .... coustomer care wale ne panel change karne k liye total cost 20000 rs bata rahe h ......iss company ka tv koi v na kharide ......in logo ne panel hi aisa banaya h jo 1-2 years me kharab ho jata h.....
We are facing the same issue because in my tv there are showing some lining and I returned my Tv on December because One pluse committed me to provide a voucher with in 72 hours so that I can buy a new TV but still I neither receive any voucher nor any mail and customer support use to say the same scripts line we will resolve ur issue with in 2-3days
Oneplus ko customer value ki koi importance nahi hai. Mere U1S 50" 20 months old tv mein same problem. Complaint kiye 3 din ho gaye. Abhi tak koi nahi aya. Ek baar technician ka phone aya bhi to wo promise karke fix time par nahi aya. Chinese brand ka koi bharosa nahi chahe brand chhota ho ya bada, chinese effect aa hi jata hai, quality mein bhi aur device mein bhi. Mera Sony LCD W series 40" 2009 se without any fault chal raha hai aur OblePlus jayada hours wo roj chalta hai. Sony, Samsung, LG thode expensive jarur hai lekin unme quality bhi hai.
Bhqi same yahi problem hua tha mujhe 5 months after purchasing this tv and after almost 1.5 years same thing happened this time there was no line netflix was running and suddenly from top right corner of tv started to lose light and as it reached bottom left corner some yellow lines appeared and there was a click sound emitted from tv really disappointed from oneplus this is piece of shit lags like hell

OnePlus has very poor display don't go upon features, I'm also facing this problem and the problem occurred after the warranty period expires 😢 . What'll I do of the features now without watching it on display😂😂😂
