It was enabled by default and I just disabled it so it is NOT always running in the background. The watch does have battery optimization features, but disabling "Okay, Google" was not one of them 🤓 Thank you for the comment.

What's up Peter I watch a lot of your videos very interested ordered the OnePlus 12 and 12r are along with the watch, what I want to know is do you use Iphone and is that your main phone line or secondary because all my devices are hooked up to Apple I have a second line on the One Plus 12

There is no phone line connected to the OnePlus Watch. But, when I had the Apple Watch in my life, yes, I activated the $5.00 per month line for the smartwatch that forwarded texts & calls to my iPhone 15 Pro. And yeah, the OnePlus 12R looks pretty cool for the price. Thank you for clicking on by... so frequently and for comments.

I'm confused between Coros apex 2 pro and Suunto Race.. what would you recommend for daily wear with moderate training?

For moderate training, I would go with COROS. Their watches are more user friendly than Suunto. If you feel the need for companionship, a leaderboard, challenges with friends, yeah, Garmin is amazing too. Yet, for just $229 the Pace 3 by COROS is impressive, light, and the battery life easily lasts me 11 to 15 days.

That is the negative Ghostwriter, the pattern is clear and so it my watch free from any protectors. I typically do not use screen protectors nor case protectors for the add bulk and ugliness. Since the OPW 2.0 comes with a sapphire screen, oh yeah, it is tough enough for my city life 🤠

It is on my left wrist right now and... Oh yeah, my biceps are getting ripped! Nah, just kidding 🤣 I feel the weight, but it doesn't feel too heavy for my tastes. I could see it bothering some, but it is not a deal breaker from my perspective. I hope it was okay that I used your quoted comment in video, right?

I should wait until the honeymoon is over, yet... Nope, an Apple Watch SE is smarter, square and has poor battery life. They both have different options for sure 🤓

Neither, I would go with the Galaxy Watch6 Classic off eBay. I found the Galaxy Watch5 Pro to be laggy, slow, and just lame. The new process inside the Galaxy Watch6 Classic made a huge difference.

Okay, I gave it more thought and yes, the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro, even though it is over a year old, is still a better watch than the OnePlus Watch 2.0.

Only gets 2 years of updates. Galaxy watch 5 pro is just under 2 years old and will get updates through 2026. Much more refined is galaxy watch 5 pro and only 199.

Yeah, the Galaxy Watch5 Pro is a pretty nice wearable. The OnePlus Watch V1.0 that I purchased back in 2021 is pretty much worthless now for OnePlus forgot about its Users/Consumers that purchased that "first edition timepiece." I was hoping they were going to give me a $99 trade-in value for the OnePlus Watch, alas, that did not happen. All in all, for the price of $199 it is a nice gadget for the wrist. Are the Galaxy Watches better? Of course, but they are more $$$ initially. Personally, I like the Galaxy Watch6 Classic with the rotating bezel more than the Watch5 Pro. Thanks for the comment👍🏻

I had the animation booster enabled for around 12 hours and didn't notice that much of a boost; ergo, it was disabled as it is out of the box turned off. I would image that the healthy fabulous-four goals would use the animation booster, and yes, I plan to give that a whirl. How much of a hit does the battery life take with the animation booster enabled? I don't know, but it would take weeks of testing to determine.

Oh..., well, it the hefty processor is running 60 minutes of every hour, oh yeah, that will take a huge battery hit! I am doing another battery test now and... Oh yeah, its battery life is quite impressive! The watch goes into this hibernation mode while sleeping ~ wicked fun/cool!

Sorry, since the OnePlus Watch 2 is running on WearOS 4 for its software it only compatible with Android 🤖 smartphones at this time.

Did I watch this video x3 yes did I enjoy it Of course 😄🙌 The completion is getting tic watch 5 pro, galaxy watch 6 classic, one plus watch 2 🤔if I could choose 1 it’s hard the tic watch 5 pro has the dual screen & better battery whilst Op watch 2 has the faster charging finally the GW6C is in the middle ground love the spin tool I mean rotating bezel Yh TW5p wins on this one but if it was design & look GW6C 👌beautiful I put my gw5p in the corner in the mean time 😅 yh I’m in rotation 3 mip devices. But 30 days battery life worth the risk As always my right permanent stuck with AWU 2 😅that’s okay it’s the LTE plan I use on my at&t plan yh gps sucks battery a lot but the notifications plus calls & texts work absolutely fine Once again fantastic brilliant video Pete Always enjoy the. Content 🙌😄

Can anyone help me...ive had the oneplus watch 2 for 8 days now, i know still fairly new..but when i charge it to 100% and turn the watch off...the next day i wake up and turn the watch on..its dropped from 100© to 94%...and its not even turned on...also when i am using it..i lose around 1% every 10 minutes...meant to be a 4 day battery...ive tweaked it so it can get best possible battery life, but still bad.

Big bezels have destroyed the "look" of far too many timepieces over past decades. The simplistic idea of maximizing the watch-face screen real estate is often an extremely import design apsect. Garmin, Suunto, Withings, Fosil, Fitbit, Google, Samsung, Polar, COROS, yeah, they all just forgot the step in the production checklist.
