This is great information, exactly what I have been searching for BUT I live in Florida. I’m even more frustrated because this is not available for me.
It is very different than OsteoStrong. There was a research article that compared them -asbmr.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/jbmr.4008. The Onero™ Program showed much greater effects without any issues.

That is very unfortunate, however, it is never too late.I don't know the system in Sydney, but maybe you can get a physical therapist to come to your home. There is a lot you can do even if you are bedridden. Put the attention out there to attract the right people to help you progress. Wishing you good health in 2024.
