Is the OneTigris two person mesh tent, the right one for me? In this Natureman Adventure we take a first look and setup along with the free soldier tarp providing cover from a passing shower.
This solo adventure on a muggy day brought the mosquitoes out to play. The mesh tent gave relief from the mosquitoes and kept us cool with decent air flow.

I just used the One Soldier Tarp for some hammock camping. Such a great piece of gear. I’ve had my eye on the OneTigris bug net tent also. Great set up. I was planning on using the ridge line just like you did. Can’t wait to try it all out together.

Thank youuuu so much ☺️ the mesh was perfect keeping the bugs away, but letting enough airflow to keep me comfortable, it was sooo cool lol ... Definitely relaxing and looking forward to getting out again soon. I wonder where the next adventure will be 😄 .. always appreciate you my friend 🤗🤠🌲🍃

OneTigris puts out some pretty nice gear, there’s literally something for every budget. You put together a nice system there, mesh tent, cot and the tarp and the ability to use them in so many different configurations… bravo! 👏👏👏

Awww thank you g8ter ☺️ seeing gear online and then actually using it in the field are sooo different. You understand what works and what doesn't, how much gear you need and what you don't based on the adventures your on. I always believe having the essentials is key and everything else makes the stay outdoors comfortable. Definitely loved the setup and sharing the key points, can't wait to get out again for another adventure. Mmmm yummy meals are always the best lol ... It is funny I came across your video. I have an older version of the Onetigris one-person mesh liner and just planned to try it under a tarp with a ridge line instead of a single pole which mine requires. I will try to put my cot in as well. I am 63, so sleeping on the ground is not so fun anymore. Onetigris really puts out good gear for budget-minded folks like myself. I have been doing the cot with a self inflating pad, it’s more to carry but find the cots hard without the pad. If I had to leave one at home I would leave the cot. Pads do pretty good. I am 61 and like my comfort 😀

so that's where the Chinese got it from!... I bought the exact same mesh tent from Aliexpress a year ago [about 25 Au$] and I use it with a tarp too... it gives the ''tarp feeling'' while keeping away bugs and snakes... lightweight and great!...

A great idea whose time is due. I used to do this with a milsurp tent-shaped mosquito net (almost impossible to find these days) and a 7 x 10 lightweight tarp, with an old milsurp poncho as the ground cloth. This rig looks to be more effective, and much lighter in weight.

Thank you so much! This bugnet tent is very spacious, plenty of room for relaxing in the woods. The tarp is a 10x10 free soilder tarp. I am planning another setup in the future with the tent and a Onewind 10x12 tarp. Appreciate the support and question Rene 🤠🌲☕

Thanks for your review. I’ve been considering this, too. Looks like a great setup, especially with your choice of tarps. Have you tried this in rain? I’m wondering how it would handle rain on the ends. Seems vulnerable there. I’d use it for sitting with a friend in chairs outside during bug season.

Your welcome ☺️ I haven't had this setup in the rain but I did with the Onewind tarp and it worked great! I just purchased another tarp and will be testing it with the mesh tent in the rain. The corners can be vulnerable but with the right setup it should be fine. Perfect idea sitting with friends as well. Stay tuned for more testing coming soon ☺️ ... Much appreciated Mark 🤠🌲☕

Hi, I just bought this but I keep looking at reviews. Thanks for yours, it makes me feel like I am going to enjoy my purchase. I am an hammock camper but I was looking for a modular alternative in case I can't use my hammock. With this I only add a little weight while I can use the same tarp instead of carrying a full tent. Would you mind telling me how big is your tarp and how big you feel the ideal tarp should be to use with this mesh tent? Thanks

Hi Marc, thank you for watching much appreciated. Congratulations on the purchase and trying an alternative to hammock camping. Currently the 10x10 tarp is what I've used for the mesh tent.
