Was frustrated by reviews which focus on the tool - which I also don't plan to buy. Excellent review. Thanks!

Same here, that's what encouraged me to make it. Glad you liked it.

Thanks for that review - it is nice to see a fact-based review on the pump itself as well as a comparison to another decent pump. I also liked your real-life opinion, where you state the actual 'feel' and 'finish' of the pump is nicer, as that is important also.

Thank you. I'm really glad you found it helpful. It is a nice pump even though ( and I can't really complain about this) I haven't had many chances to use it much out in the wild so far as since changing to tubeless my tyres seem immune to punctures 🤣

@@DTSquared Had a heck of a time getting the co2 attachment unscrewed but finally got it. I will not be buying any of oneups accoutrements either as I have my own but thankful for the space in the pump

I'm glad you liked the review and thankyou for reminding me to post the 3D-print information. You can download the design on thingiverse here. www.thingiverse.com/thing:6661308

Did you find it difficult to remove the top cap with the C02 canister installed? I have the same pump and with the c02 can installed it’s impossible to remove and you need screwdrivers and pliers in order to remove. Maybe I have a poorly manufactured model and my clearance is too tight on the cap?

It's quite difficult to remove but I can certainly remove it without resorting to tools. It's probably better to be too tight than loose, but you could try some petroleum gelly or similar to make it easier. Also it could be the rubber washer that's not seated correctly.

Great video! Would you consider making exactly this container for the pump for me, as I dont have a 3d printer and unfortunately dont know anyone who has?

Hi Mike, Glad you liked the video. I'm not really setup for printing and distributing parts unfortunately. Where about are you based out of interest?

@@DTSquared hi, great video with quality info which has helped a lot. I agree with Mike, the insert / container would be something i would be interested in purchasing if you was able to make another?

Decent comparison, but comparing the Oneup EDC pump to the Lezyne Pressure Drive was not fair considering that the Lezyne Pressure Drive is not meant for low-pressure mountain bike tires, it was intended for road bikes with high-pressure tires. You should have compared the Oneup to the Lezyne Ally Drive medium, that pump was made for low-volume mountain bike tires. Additionally, the Lezyne Pressure Drive is not as good for road bike tires as their Road Drive large is, so you handicapped the pump even more, even the Road Drive is not made for large volume mountain bike tires but it would have worked a bit better in your test. I guess another test you could have done was to compare the EDC to the Pressure Drive on a road tire and try to both to 85 psi and see what happens, you would have ended up not liking the EDC.

I take your point, but the video was a continuation of my previous video where I reduced my bike tool kit significantly in both size and weight. As such it was simply a comparison what I had before and what I changed to. The video was never intended to be a comparison of whether the EDC was better that the Lezyne. If it was then it would only apply to people who had the Lezyne and were thinking about the EDC. (Which would be a pretty small audience I imagine.) But thank you for taking the time to comment and the information on the other pumps that others may find useful.

EDC pump has broken 2 valve stems when using. Poor design puts way too much pressure on the valve stems. If you maintain your valve stems and cores clean less of an issue but not every riger does so pump required some force to shove air in which some pressure goes to the valve. A smaller pump that connects via a hose like lezyne has worked much better

Sorry to hear that. That is a downside of this type of design, which I think I mentioned in the review. I've had other similar pumps over the years and also very conscious of trying to keep the lateral force on the valve to a minimum. Never had a stem brake on me before though, bad luck for you to have two break.
