Tbh there’s not much different between idol bands and indie bands. Most of the popular idol bands write their own music, so their preconceived notions don’t make much sense. At this point, disliking idol bands is simply because of jealousy.

Prerequisite of being an idol band is being good looking, having more than one vocal member and holding fan meetings& other fan events and being very interactive with the fans other than doing the usual band stuff (writing own music and playing instruments) Normal bands don't usually have all good-looking members and neither do they do so much fan interactions. In short, onewe is technically better than a regular band because they are an idol band. They have more plus points than a non-idol band
Could you also tell me what nam taehyun said about his reason giving the points to Onewe. I don't really understand but seing Onewe faces darken, I don't think it's a good reason 😢
