I swear this game spent most of its budget on the opening FMV. Case in point, both Samanosuke & Nobunaga's ultimate transformations are reduced to a 'fade to white', whilst in Onimusha 2 we got a badass cut-scene of Jubei turning into an Oni.

Shitty camera at times and tank controls aside. the best was actually 2 but to each their own. dawn of dreams is my least favorite. I'd go 2 > 3 > 1 then far the fuck away dawn of dreams.

This was a well put together Game Graphic wise for the Ps2 you can almost count the individual strands of hair flowing from Samanosukes' head. Some PS3, HECK some PS4 games don't have that level of detail.

I remember when i was agaisnt nobunga.. I was so awed to his transformation.. Then realise nobunaga cant harm me so i was admiring samanosuke new form and accidentally push square and one shot nobunaga with isshin.. Kinda anti climatic for me but at the same time.. If you think about it.. Thats just how it suppose to happen anyway

There’s 2 manga made of it. Onimusha: Twilight of Desire and Onimusha: Night of Genesis (vol.1 and 2). Both take place before Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams.

@@Wolf-rb4or Also the reason why I like Onimusha 2 is because Capcom was bold enough to introduce a new Protagonist, Jubei Yagyu and it TOTALLY paid off because to this Day I honestly cannot not say I prefer Samanosuke or vice versa, I suppose it's because they're essentially one in the same with their stoic, no nonsense personalities Lol

but he was as tenkai (maybe he was even stronger in Oni4 because of the years that have passed).. he was not the main character because the black oni was more powerful by far... he could control the combine power of all his allyes and the nobunaga power sealed in the samanosuke glove

I used to flood my thick adult diaper while playing Onimusha 3: Demon Siege back in 2004. Life was fun because I lost a lot of weight and got myself down to 770 pounds. I felt proud being 5 feet 4 inches tall back then. I wish I weighed 770 pounds again. I would take that over a million dollars any day.

Fuck me....Capcom just pay Reno and takeshi kaneshiro to use their likeness again, or alter the models or something just give me my fucking HD collection already. These games deserve a comeback. This SERIES, deserves a comeback. Oh and a couple more things. Forget Dino Crisis 3 existed and make a sequel to 2 please. and hurry up with the RE2 remake. I don't have all my life.
