1) Open a can of tuna and remove some of its liquid 2) Cut 1 onion 3) Chop some parsley 4) Beat 4 eggs and add a little salt, black pepper and chopped parsley 5) Take a pan and add the onion and 2 turns of olive oil and cook over low heat 6) Add a little salt to the onions 7) When the onion is cooked add the tuna and mix 8) Add to the beaten eggs and mix 9) Add a little olive oil to the pan 10) Put the mixture in the pan and cook over low heat with a lid until cooked - - - Buon Appetito! - - -
