Home made Onion Bread.
This flat bread can be used for making wraps or if cooked longer made into a chip for dipping.
About 9 large sweet onions minced
1.5 cups sunflower seed (minced into powder)
1.5 cups flax seed (minced into flower)
2/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup Nama shoyu
1 cup sweet pepper (chopped small)
Mix every thing together, then take less than a third and blend it, then put back with the rest of mix.
Spread onto Mylar sheets, and dehydrate at 105 for about 6 hrs just enough to transfer to the mesh sheet then cook for about another 5 to 6 hrs. Keep an eye on it till it becomes pliable and not wet. If your trying to make a chip then cook to your desired chip
