Tbvh, despite the years, monsta x’s raw, genuine sides did not disappear even though their concepts change and they become much more experienced performers. The same pure, raw, genuine monsta x is still clearly present. Their young, childlike appearances ofc, have evolved in mature men but there’s always something in their performances that draws you to them, right from the start. And I think that’s that honestly and genuine love for the stage and performing that comes through and reaches their audience. I think at the start, it’s quite clear that they’re pretty much following the company’s direction and they were still in the midst of finding their identity. It was very clear that at the start, the company probably depended a lot on Joohoney on the whole and after some time, the other members started to slowly stand out and can stand on their own because they’re just such amazing people. That’s not to say that Joohoney is no longer the center/building block of the group in terms of their musicality and growth as musicians/artists. He still is and will always be!! Slowly, he has shifted more towards a producer role for the group which tbh is one heck of a great job he’s doing! Together with IM and HW now,, MX ‘a music, really is just going to keep getting better and better. Especially to some extent, they probably had to step up alot more to fill in the gap WONHO left 😭 Performance side, I think there’s always shownu/MH/KH to make it even better. However, after that tireless work in their early years, they found their own style and identity and are WORKING it now. And I think that’s what draws people to MX too, their constant evolution yet you still see that 2015, passionate and genuine side in them. They’re constantly improving their craft and really, every comeback in their later years of debut is so different yet it still shouts monsta x.

There is just something about them that seems so genuine. Even when they are on stage it still feels like them, they are performing but never losing themselves. I don't know if that makes sense lol. I love them so much, just overflowing with talent

They improved so much since debut. Especially IM his dancing, rapping and overall gestures. I'm so proud of them being a monbebe since 2015

it's little bit make me sad ... Saw them now with only sixth member ... They're really through many things after 6 years together with or without wonho. Tried to not cry, but I can't hold in because no matter what, wonho was once part of the team. Thank you for fighting a lot so far, as well as Shownu who is currently serving his military service. I had a great time. They were powerful from the start, they were never awkward newbies. They’re confident professionals from the very beginning. They never had a bad comeback, and their b-sides surpass many titles today. I can't believe they didn't have any awards before Dramarama. This is crazy, people are just crazy blind and deaf. Since Trespass, they have earned all the awards at all the mus show. I love them so much, they are Monsta X I’m terribly sorry that the unexpected changes in 2019 brought them so much pain, but I’m happy that they shone in a new way and much brighter, especially Minhyuk and Hyungwon Gambler, Fantasia, Jealousy and Love killa my personal empresses 👑
