I hate how the predator NEVER gets punished. I get tons of nudes on Instagram, without my consent of course, and whenevr I report them and then report the account, Instagram is like: "sorry, we have bigger problems, like covid, that wasn't important enough for a report". Every fucking time.

The best thing to do is figure out who has these explicit photos/videos of you so maybe you met them on discord or just messaging idk how ever you met them. Learn how to not exactly hack, but how to find peoples rl names so you can know who this person is. Once you learn how to do so ONLY USE IT FOR GOOD NOT BAD !!!! Once you have their name talk to your parents about it even if they get mad its better than keeping all your emotions inside. If you aren’t ready/comfortable talking to your parents about it then I’m not sure what to tell you..if I think of something else I’ll edit this reply ^^ edit 1: as Karen Lasmin said talking to a trusted friend, or maybe a close family member for example a cousin, an aunt/uncle and so on. I haven’t played it in almost a year because I’m already busy with school and I want to focus on my academics and my irl friends and family (I’m about to finish school so that’s why), so I haven’t spoken to him in about 8 months (and I never told him that I wasn’t gonna be online anymore since I lost interest in playing and I don’t want him to see me online). But basically, I met him after saying that we looked like twins because our characters shared a similar appearance and I thought that he would just say “lol” or “…” and that would be the end of it since we had only just met. Was very wrong :) He said lol and then asked me how i was doing, where I’m from, etc., nothing too weird, and I gave him broad answers. I did the same, asked where he was from, and asked him the same things he asked me, just to kill time since I felt in the mood to socialize a bit. Then he friended me and I accepted it, trying to be nice and expecting him to unfriend me a few days after this convo since we literally just met and had nothing in common. Then he asked me for my Instagram, unexpectedly, but I gave him the name of my account I used to make memes with, again, just to be nice and expecting him to eventually not talk to me anymore, and then we would talk on there. I used to only talk to him once a week or every 2 weeks and the convos were dry BC WE DIDNT KNOW EACH OTHER. Weird stuff that happened not long after we met: he asked me to buy him robux for him since it was his birthday (I said no bc what I just met him and I’m not about to be doing that 😀 I even said it politely) and I think he lied to me about his age bc I could’ve sworn that he told me he was 13 or 14 when we first met but when I told him I was 16, he said he was 15 about to turn 16. I even told him that I thought he was 13 bc he said that last time, and he was like “oh no I’m about to be 16 lol”…weird. After the robux thing, I became skeptical about him bc no person would do that unless if they were like 10 or 9 years old. I let it slide even tho it left me dumbfounded and a bit ticked off 😅Time passed by, and I had some weeks where I would talk to him every 3 days or 4 days in a week, and I slowly got to know him. He seemed to be the type of kid who would get into trouble a lot and he would cuss a lot, and it’s funny because he seemed to be a nice person at first, like I literally thought that he was younger than me by like 6 or 7 years, so I thought he was 10 bc of the way he he used to type. And he might be but idek bc of the other things he’s done Ok let’s get to the weirdest part(s): So, one day he opened up to me about how his uncle died and that he loved him so much and that he was so upset. I comforted him and I felt bad. I tried my best to send him the best messages to make him feel better, it took me so long to write my messages, but I thought it was worth it and I felt like a sister to him just doing this. Then, literally not long after he talked about this, he asked for a pic of myself. He’s done it several times. Another example was when he told me he broke up with his gf because she cheated and then asked for a foot pic to cheer him up and put the “;)” face. Stupid me still apologized and politely said no, while also letting him know that I was starting to get skeptical with his stories since he always ended up asking for a pic 🙃 and I always felt stupid afterwards for even showing empathy for his gimmicks only to find out that he was trying to get me to send him pictures. He’s probably joking around and trying to blackmail me, but I haven’t sent him any pics of me and never will. O yeah, he’s told me he has a foot fetish and he would always ask me if I wear heels and to show him my shoes “to get to know me better”. I’ve said no, bc I knew how stupid and weird that was, he apologizes, but he still asks for pics later on. Trolled him the first time he asked for foot pics with a pic of Soos’ feet from Gravity Falls and he goes “hah” “I was being srs”. he’s also asked me if I think he’s weird, I was being nice for the millionth time and said really stupid cheesy crap, “everybodys weird in their own way😄 blah blah “ and he didn’t react to my answer and talked about something else. He did that a lot, ignore what I said and ask about a completely other thing or say something random and act like nothing happened. Like this other time, he probably lied to me and told me a sob story after another 3 sob stories and I tried giving him advise and comfort, and he ignored all of it and talked about something else. Other weird things he’s done is ask for my password on ROBLOX just to change my characters outfit (didn’t give it to him ofc) and he’s sent me sexual pictures like twice and I think he deleted one of them from the chat on Instagram. I’ve never said anything to offend him and I’ve always told him to stop asking me for pictures of any kind because I’m not comfortable with doing that (and I don’t trust this dude at all 😭) but he still asked me for pics in the future. Wow that was a lot sorry😅😅😅 I’ve only told one person about this and writing this felt good. But yeah I haven’t posted on that Instagram account bc I don’t want him bothering me about me ignoring him even though I want to. I restricted him on Instagram btw and the latest messages are him saying hey hey heyyy hey “are you ok?”, all on diff days and a meme. I also haven’t logged into that ROBLOX account bc I don’t want him to bother me. But I haven’t blocked him bc I kinda feel bad if I do that after telling him that I was there for him if he needed a friend to speak to when he was having hard times (but now I don’t even know how accurate all of those sob stories were) and I’m paranoid that he’s gonna try hunting me down and confront me about it on other accounts. He’s a part of this hacker club and earlier, he’s told me his friends are hackers and ngl, I’m paranoid that he’s gonna have them do something to me out of spite 🙂 I know that this could be a complete lie since people like pretending to be hackers and he’s already tricked me way too many times, but I’m still nervous that they’ll do something to me. Honestly I was in a situation similar to this aswell and I won’t lie, I do feel like we can’t say that something is worse or better in these situations because at the end of the day it’s what the victim of what happened is feeling after and the affects that still linger with it. Yeah, cause that’s what people are taught. To blame the victim when it’s entirely the perpetrators fault. The don’t give any punishment to the perpetrator what so ever and they always blame the victim. And they usually only victim-blame the female victims. A lot of the time when a boy/man gets harassed everyone is supportive and telling him it’s not his fault (cause it isn’t) but when a girl/woman opens up about it they always blame her.

This exact same thing happened to me when I met someone I trusted online. I was around 16, every time we would chat the first thing he would ask was for pictures, one time he asked me to take a selfie without my shirt on. Please be careful with who you talk to, you may never know what they’ll do.
In 7th grade, one of my classmates posted his girlfriends nudes on Snap Chat. The school punished him, he got suspended for the rest of the year and he's on some list. In the court of public opinion though... everyone I spoke to right after the incident was blaming her. "She shouldn't have sent him the nudes" Yeah, right, she shouldn't have but that never gave him the right to post them! It was 7th grade though and I assumed that no one really understood the gravity of what he had done. The next year he came back to school and it was like nothing had changed. I was the only person I knew who was creeped out by him. When I asked my friend why she was okay being around and talking with him she just told me "It's been a year- he's changed." He had not changed. He felt no remorse. In fact, he enjoyed bragging about it. However, most everyone I talked to echoed her sentiment. Everyone's forgotten about him but the girl is still teased mercilessly. I just assumed, again, that my classmates didn't understand the full magnitude of how he violated her. The year after, I joined the Cross Country team. I was running with one of my team mates and we passed her. I waved, she didn't. As soon as we were out of earshot, my team mate immediately began talking about all that went on in 7th grade, again placing the blame solely on the girl and absolutely none on him. I've realized that the victim blaming mentality in this situation is never going to change unless we educate ourselves. If this was any other form of sexual abuse- the conversation would be completely different. It's disgusting. ALSO: If anyone wants/needs/knows someone who needs to watch a really well done and extremely disturbing video on the danger of online relationships- look up Kayleigh's Love Story. It was made after a small town teenager was murdered. Online grooming factored heavily into the case. It's extremely dark but is very emotionally moving and really gets its point across. It's a completely different kind of online sexual abuse than this video but is still important.

Man, this hit me home so goddamn much. Get ready for a ramble in this 'cause I have so much to unload. I was groomed and sexually abused online, by someone who I considered close. I was 16, and he was 18. We never talked in person, as he lived in Canada and I lived in the US. We were close. We had like... this fatherly and daughterly relationship, one to where that I could consider him as one of my best friends of all time, but due to some things happening to my mental state, I was vulnerable. I gained feelings for him after going through a breakup that meant the most to me -- which I *thought* it was before. He was an emotional rebound, and that I'll admit. And that's when things went downhill. We weren't in a relationship, but it sure as hell felt like one. When I confessed to him, he claimed that he didn't have feelings for me, but he 'felt' something towards me, and wanted to be *friends with benefits.* I had to say no. I HAD TO SAY IT. But I didn't. It was normal... right? No. It wasn't. I was used, and he claimed that he didn't want to make me feel uncomfortable, but I was anyways. In my gut, I knew it was wrong. But I couldn't say anything -- nobody would believe me. We would always do these... voice calls on Discord, and I had to practically act like as if I was incredibly turned on. He would also make me say *"I love you"* to him a lot. He only said it back if he felt like it. It was... awful. Horrendous. I unfortunately sent pictures to him too, and it was for 'body positivity' even though that shit is incredibly false. Now, 2 years later, he's finally exposed for the shit he's done and is now labeled as a pedo from my peers. He's groomed other girls, and I'm fairly certain that I was the first. Or the second. Either way, I felt so fucking disgusted with myself, that I couldn't see myself with anyone anymore. Currently, I'm together with someone who loves me for who I am. I've been dating her for 1 year and 5 months now! I'm not revealing names in this, but please be careful about who you talk towards online. Don't trust *anyone.*

Those monsters wont win. We are stronger than that.
I am a person who had suffered through this and I started online dating when I was 10. The guy was 15, I didn’t know that was him being a creep. He asked for pictures A LOT and then it soon turned to the fact of when I was 12, I had enough and changed my username, my email, etc. and blocked him out of my life. Just because a stranger seems nice to you at first doesn’t mean they’ll be your soulmate. Don’t talk to strangers online no matter what. Even if they make you feel happy, it can turn terrible.

I can relate to Kim in this situation because I had a boyfriend of mine who keeps forcing me to send pics of my foot multiple times and it was completely unnecessary and repetitive, I'm not sure if he had a foot fetish or something. Make sure to always share your boundaries with people, and let them know right off the bat you arent who they’re wanting. Plus.. if he’s asking for pictures of feet of all things he has a lot more problems- Even if it is a natural thing, it is not like a man nor a woman can’t control themselves. They should always take no for an answer, and should always expect that you either say yes OR no instead of setting their mind on you saying yes. That being said, even if it is natural, some people dont feel that sexual attraction at all. Im asexual, I’ve never desired sex from anyone nor do I ever plan to, and I’ve been in healthy relationships that didnt involve that kind of intimacy at all. Really, its all about you two sharing what you’re comfortable with, and usually I get it done right off the bat just to get any questions out of the way before it gets a little awkward. If you aren’t ready but think you may be one day, tell them that you’ll keep things in mind, and may want the same thing in the future, but for now, you want to think things over and just spend some time with him in other ways to ensure you’re comfortable when you are, if ever, ready to take that step. If he leaves you because you aren’t on the same page, then that is not your fault. Relationships are about mutual understandings, and if he cant respect a boundary or meet a medium then perhaps its best he leaves and finds someone who is ready, or if he likes you well enough, he may stick around to see how you feel later and spend different forms of time with you! Its always okay to say no, and zero amount of horomones can make it okay for somebody to pressure you into something you’ve made it clear you don’t want to do. But its also a red flag if youre looking for a serious relationship and they start asking for sexual favors right away. That would just tell you that they were probably looking for someone they could mess around with rather than build a bond with and get to know. To me, at least, sex is more of an activity you guys can share together if you wish to incorporate that into your relationship eventually. It shouldn’t be one-sided by any means, both parties should be consenting adults who both want to participate.
This is a true thing that happened to me, I broke up with him start after I got more uncomfortable so I decided to stay out of reach from he but he kept asking for pics only and doesn’t look like he cared anymore. Warning, try not to date online sometimes it can turn out bad but the thing is, try dating when your older not 10 or 12 still too young maybe try high school when you get to know better people to understand them well enough to trust them :)
Sometimes I wonder if things like this have happen to me. I had this guy friend who would always talk about how pretty I was. We were in the same grade. I have to admit, I had a crush on him at the time, but it soon got uncomfortable. The compliments turned into touching, the touching to kissing, and everything felt so scary. I remember we were hanging out on the blacktop but all of a sudden I had ended up in his lap. Soon I started to realize this wasn’t ok. He would touch me and I didn’t like it. Soon we had to break up our relationship. I wouldn’t call it abuse, because we didn’t really do anything, but it was definitely a scary place to be in.
Thanks for sharing. Me personally, whenever a person compliments on someone’s appearance especially coming from the opposite sex, that should be a red flag in itself. There is exceptions but there is a very higher likely chance of that person’s self control to be shaky and can’t resist temptation later down the line. I have experienced this time and time again and I would always choose to never be near or get close to these types of people every chance I can get. Things like strangers on the street complimenting me or even to the level of sexual harassment I had no control of. our gut feeling/intuitions will always help us direct and keep us safe when we are on our own.

I understand you've had negative experiences in the past regards people touching you or possibly even worse, but just thinking that someone giving light compliments towards your appearance as an indication that they'll R* you out of lust doesn't seem healthy to me, it seems potentially problematic and even chances that you could miss out on potentially great people(who don't all have to be your significant other) just because they say you look attractive.
@@avarice4556 It was more of an uncomfortable feeling and it just got worse the more a tried to go along with it. Even when I asked him to stop he would still do it and I guess I thought that if I never stopped hanging out with him, things would get too intense. However, I do believe that people can change and he's probably a much better person now.

Whenever I get sexually harassed on the internet, I always try to mute them or just leave the call. I'm only 13 (when I'm posting this) so hearing things from people just make me sad, embarrassed, and all I want to do is cry. Watching these types of videos reminds me that you can call them out and ask them to please stop. Unfortunately, I never had the courage to do this, instead I would just laugh it off as a joke. But the words they say will always stay in my mind forever. Also watching these kind of videos makes me not feel alone. I also don't have any friends, we kind of grew apart over covid because we never saw each other. I've always felt too embarrassed to ask my own mom for help on how to deal with people like this. So now I feel all alone. The only reason I play videogames is for the fun of it, but people like this, takes the fun out of it. I hope one day the world will change and realize that its not okay for kids to go through this.
I'm sorry you've dealt with harassment and that you and your friends have grown apart. That happens sometimes unfortunately, but you'll have a chance to make more, you're still young. Anyhow, I just wanted to say although it'd be an awkward conversation. You shouldn't hold back on asking your mom on how to handle sexual harassment. It's nothing to be ashamed of, it's good that you want to learn how to protect yourself. A word of advice from me is to learn how to set down boundaries. Like you said you can mute or block people. I'd also refrain from sharing your age online. That can make you a target in some instances.
Whenever people try to get me to send pics or whatever I just block them or if I’m on Omegle or something I just end it. Even though it’s not your fault if it happens to you still nobody’s forcing you to send them and it’s always up to you whether you do it or not. The block button exists and so does the police station.
This feels like an animation of one stage in my life I still feel so ashamed of. Even when I was fifteen years old I think I was an easy victim of manipulation because of my low self-esteem and that kind of person don't show how they really are until it seems to be too late... They really gain your trust slowly and act sweet like a dream but all turns to be a nightmare where you feel everything is your own fault. It's a hard hit when you realize that someone who says "I love you" is only using you and will treat and throw you away like trash if you say no.

I like this animation since I've been in two online relationships before. The first one was where the guy was pressuring me into sending sexual messages and pictures and stuff. I did because I didn't want to disappoint him or make him upset with me. After talking to a random person online about it, they told me how that was actually a very bad thing and explained to me why and such. I broke it off with that guy before things got very far, but I was pretty young for that kind of thing, so it made me feel extremely uncomfortable at the time. This guy also tried to guilt-trip me into going back to him, constantly telling me about how sad he was that I was leaving. For about a year this guy would send me messages on holidays wishing me the best in my life when I had told him repeatedly that I disliked this. The second guy is one I'm still with now. We already made sexual jokes and stuff before we got together, so eventually flirting turned into me asking him if he wanted pictures since it was the only way I knew how to make a guy happy. He accepted, not knowing that I was still pretty uncomfortable with it. He wasn't pressuring me in the slightest, only having me send stuff since I offered. Recently, over two years into our relationship, I told him that I was and still am slightly uncomfortable with it. He immediately told me to stop and wait until I was ready. People, the second scenario here is the kind of relationship you should be in. Not the first.

I’m so glad this video and this series exists. I was sexually manipulated online when I was 14. Luckily he didn’t post anything cause I only sent him one of me in just a shirt, nothing too revealing, but he would pressure me and manipulate me a lot, asking me for more, more more. If I didn’t, he would ask me if I didn’t love him or even threaten to take his own life. And I was scared of what he would do if I left him. I’ve never met him in person but he still caused so much damage to me and my life. People tell me it’s not the same as getting physically sexually abused or that what I went through isn’t as bad as other’s experiences... What I went through still impacts me to this day. I have trust issues, social anxiety and low self confidence in my body. I wish they would show these videos in school. The animation is amazing for one (sorry, art nerd here), the way they explain things and the storylines, it’s a good thing to spread awareness with and talk about to those who might not fully understand.

Girl i experienced the same thing & it did give me literal panic attacks depression for non stop 2 yrs..he manupulated me into thinking im less worthy ..in the 1st yr ..he showed his best version from 1st 2 months than he showed his true colors but its too late to leave him..bcoz i fell in love its my early 20's..he started to ask me half nudes ..i was trapped ..there is a feeling of it was wrong but still i dont want to loose him..i didn't share it to anybody..i tried to tell him so many ways that i dont like it..but day by day he manupulated me to do that constantly..after 1 yr i took stand for myself & steeped away from relation..he came back to me 3 times..i tracked his pattern..1st he showed his gentleman sides then when hes realising that i've gotten into him he stratrd to show again his old pattern ..& if i refuse to give he just strted to act like im no one to one ..sometimes he says disrespectful things to me which is unbearable ..then early of 2023 when he came back to me again i showed no interest on him he came to realise im not going to manupulated by him no more..so he tried his old tictacs to know if i had feelings for him..when he fully get to know i lost interest he tried to provoke me by sending & unsending massages to get a reaction ...but i blocked him after that..& he never showed up..thank to god that i didn't entertained him any longer..thank god for giving me the stregnth that i moved out myself from it by my own...i felt lot of guilt & that thing destroyed my image..bcoz im that girl who didn't lock eyes on the roads to anyone..& he made me do that..ghoshh hes ugly aff tbh..but his words manupulation did that to me..so be aware of this shitt..take time to know pepoles real intention towards you..dont jump on anything..now im out of this trauma ...bcoz its not my fault ...its just their fault they took advantage of emotions & innocence..he। will get his karma for sure..
