Everyone on here who's looking to start an online store, I wish you the best! I'm in the beginning stages as well and I'm so excited. Everyday I go to my regular job, all I think about is how I want to be at home with my family working for myself. If we keep pushing and not let anyone tell us we can't, it'll happen. You are so inspiring and encouraging! I worked for an independent boutique for 10 years and had hopes to own it one day. Life happened and that fell through. It crushed me and I lived with regret for years! I have been DESIRING to open my own online store to then one day own my own store front. Hi Alli, thanks for making your videos, they are really informative ... I have an online store that I started in December last year... It has been a struggle but I’m not giving up ... saying hi from 🇹🇹

We use a dymo scale it’s bigger and wider and it comes with a corded number pad to show you the weight without the numbers being right under bigger and heavier boxes... it’s great I think it goes up to 50lbs. BTW I love you and I love your videos and I love Jessica 💜

Hey Alli, really appreciate your videos! I have watched a few now and I must say, the things you do and say, I feel like we have had the same experiences! Even when you walk into your store, look at the displays and make comments like "that needs to be steamed" and "well that shouldn't be there". Being a "Boss", Customer experiences, Opening your store experiences, etc! I have a tip for you and all the other Boutique Ladies (Online too!). Order a custom colour of tagging gun fasteners! I was looking it up on Amazon and wrote a seller to see if they'd send me bulk of all the same colour (they tend to mix up the colours). I find clients are getting sneaky and using Amazon to buy Tagging Guns and Fasteners for $20, but the chances of them ordering in a specific colour and length, in time for the return period...little harder right! ;) . In your retrun policy you can say something like "purple Fastener must be intact"...anyway...always thinking of how to be 10 steps ahead of the imposters (people who act like they are your customers lol). P.S. Wish we were boss friends! I think'd we have a lot of stories to share!
