Back then when I was radio operator 1999 I use to monitor on ssb frequency ( from 5.000.00kilo Hertz, 10.000.00khz, 15.000.00khz, 20.000.00khz, 25.000.00khz, 30.000.00khz) its depends to the time if night time it's better to use low frequency due to f1,f2,f3,f4 i.e ionesphere, troposphere, which fade out during night time so the receive and transmission of transmitter is quite easy due to some signal obstruction or distortion or radiation from the 🌞 sun that cause obstruction. Basta Po Ang f1,f2,f3,f4 ay mga obstruction Yan from sun nahihirapan makabalik sa receiving antenna sa receive at transmit.. kapag Gabi Wala Po yon sir, so no problem Po it's definitely be an ideal to use low frequency in the night time Kasi mas malakas at Ang high frequency nman sir ay it's not an ideal to use in night time lalagpas Po ang signal. Skip distance same Lang Po ang theory sa radar propagation Po.. time tick Ang term Po noon Yong seconds Ang binabantayan Kong advance Po or retard Po.. pwede nman gamitin Ang sa inmarsat-c mag test delay nga Lang Po ng mga 3-4seconds diskarte ko nlng Po yon as previous r/o sir, pwede Rin noon tumawag sa Earth station noong may inmarsat-A pa free of charge sa operator position yon para nman makumpara if nag apply sila ng day light saving time Po sa Australia po.
