I love how selfless you guys were with the baby duck! It would be so tempting to keep him/her, but taking it to the rescue was such a good call! Love you guys 😘❤️
LOVE THE KITTIES!! we have a very talkative older girl, the "Amazon Princess" so the shelter we adopted her from called her - a full 16 lb beauty (gray/white "tuxedo")!!! And we love ThredUP!! I know I’m watching this late but next time you plant succulents use peat moss instead of actual soil! I made a mistake of using dirty and mine molded as well. Peat moss is so much better! Love you 😘
Hi Laura, I’m a nail tech with 15 years experience. I’m just curious if you are using a cuticle oil at all? If not, put it on your nightstand or with your skincare, somewhere you’re going to see it so you remember to use it. A lot of the damage we see in the nails after removing enhancements comes from the dryness. You can use a cuticle oil right over your gel polish. It will hydrate the nail, the cuticle, and it will keep the gel polish more pliable so it doesn’t crack (which means you can wear it longer 🤩🙌). And just an FYI, you don’t need to apply sunscreen before Using your nail lamp, those lights are UV filtered so you’re not going to get any damage to you skin, not to worry 💕 love your vlogs 😘
Hey Laura! I too love fiddle leaf figs too but they are poisonous if ingested by cats and dogs. I just wanted to make you aware in case you didn’t know. I wanted one in my kitchen but my dog would definitely try and eat it!

There’s a cat in my neighborhood that looks kinda like peach. It’s the only cat I’ve ever met in my life that hasn’t immediately attacked me. The first time I met it it rant right up to me and snuggled up on my feet’s and all and it always comes around my house looking for me and we hang out and then it just goes about it’s day walking around the neighborhood. I love it it’s my best friend

i wouldn’t do dip anymore my sister actually got a fungal infection in her thumb 2 times and she had no idea but she later found out that it was from the dip and every person uses the same powder, just isn’t as sanitary!! love you laura!! 💕💕

My nails grow so fast that the gel I had put on right before quarantine is already at the point that if I cut my nails down to the nail bed, there would be no gel left. It’s nice that they grow so fast for instances when one breaks and I have to cut them all, however it sucks because I have to get them done every 2 weeks so the new growth doesn’t look like I haven’t gotten a manicure in months.
I really like shopping second hand if I can. I like ThredUp but I also shop locally. I live in central NJ and there is a shop called Revive Consignment. The owner gets great brands, including Vuitton. She has also started doing live online sales on Saturday afternoons. I've gotten great designer bags, clothing and even shoes. Yesterday I bought five things. She also ships for out of state buyers.
Laura, I love my nails the only thing I don't like is that they break easy and I am very anal about things being even like pictures on the wall, if I break one nail I cut them all down so I bought a $100 dip powder kit cause I thought this is genius well....the first time I tried soaking them off took over an hour and I just don't have the patience so after doing them again my nails are paper thin and I have soaked them I even bought OPI acetone. So unless you picked the dip powder off it's not you and the best part is because I bought it right before quarantine they are not taking anything back for returns so I'm stuck with the kit that I probably won't use again 😣
