I've got a confession to make. I rewound this video once it had finished and watched it again. I love it. The front facade of this house is stunning, I love the contrast in colours of the red brick pillar, the cream coloured paving stones and then the black and white of the external walls. Whoever designed these properties knows what they are doing. Aesthetically, this is a very beautiful house. I will say that I still find it un-usual that the road leading up to these gems of houses are so awful. But, on another level I love it because it is so uniquely African. When I convert this to EUROs, the asking price is 80K. If this was in any country in Europe it would cost at least 500K EUROs. The large windows and doors with so much glass ensures that the rooms are flooded with natural light. Once again, the architects of this house have to be commended. I love the fact that you can easily park two carks on your own private front drive. The high ceilings are amazing and I think that its great that the doors are made from local Rwandan wood. I think that they missed a trick by not having a roof terrace which would not have cost a great deal more. Thanks Evelyne for such a professional presentation. One thing that might be worth mentioning in your video or description is the size of the property. The square meters of the living areas and also the plot size.
