Just sounds like its mounted on a half decent roller track, gets boring fast when you regularly work on high precision machines that cost more than this car😂
That pole is known as Halo... A safety equipment normally seen in open wheel motorsports such as F1, Indy, Formula E, etc. I encases the driver and prevents objects from hitting the driver's head. It's made up of Titanium.
I'm a dad so it would be cute to see Gulf do a collab witb Blippi. I mean, they're the same color scheme, and could introduce the world of racing to tons of kids.
@@hotel_arcadia which Vision GT car was that? I know there is the concept that appears in Justice League but thats still a concept not a production vehicle
Only McLaren could make a car that looks like an F1 car and give it a mundane name, and make a car that doesn't look like an F1 car and call it the "F1" (Or, as every uncreative sole has mentioned, LMP car, because they don't understand the pun)
On camera it looks bad, but in real life you’ll be able to see around it. Your brain can probably block most of it out as well. F1 drivers still race fine and they also have a pillar like that, it’s placed in the perfect spot for it to not be a hassle and also be a good support for the canopy.
@@alon403because it’s actually not bad, in real life you can look around it and your brain can also block it out. It’s in the perfect spot to where you won’t notice it and it’ll still be a strong support for the canopy. Don’t believe me? Look at F1, they have the same thing and it doesn’t distract the driver at all.
@@retrobeans24 even if what youre saying is true, still doesn't explain why they did it, like whats the upside of such a shit design, and why would the governments approve this as street legal
"Here's the Mclaren Solus GT, having a rare sound, a complicated canopy opening, a spoiler, and quite the advanced fuselage. Oh, and there's an AC for it."
You don’t notice it at all. Same thing as the F1 cars to save your life if you flip. Just how Koenigseggs have the wiper in the same position. You have to actually sit in it and drive it to understand it.
@@TheTripleFCollectionDrove it in VR and ya I get what you mean, as you said like a halo in F1, you focus on whats behind it (the road) and cos your eyes are left and right of it, you cant see it at all. Like if you put your finger up between your eyes and focus on the wall behind.
@@MoparRican_93 tbf the egoista was supposed to be owned by lamborghini itself and have no price, but apparently some unknown buyer who people dont even know where th car is managed to convince them to sell the car for that price.
