This is SOOO amazing. Simple and delicious. Really popular in Argegentinian cooking. Aside from the ingredients, the flip is very important. Want to make sure you dont lose uncooked ingredients when you plate flip it.

Great idea however I would squeeze the water out of the potatoes and onions by wrapping in clean tea towel before adding the eggs. As for the middle the ideas are endless. 👍

good recipe. btw, what is it with stirring the ingredients with chop sticks? I would recommend sharping that knife - you shouldn't need to saw through a tomato.

That looks great must give it a try, there is another potato recipe just using sliced potatoes chopped onions and chopped garlic it’s what the poor Spanish farmers used to eat years ago just fried in olive oil, I think it’s called Patatas a la pobre

Gr8 vegan meal, minus the eggs, switch for soaked flax or flour ! Of course one can add addl veggies or meats, if you like ! Different colored peppers, greens like spinach etc, point is; it’s a good idea ! Thank you for sharing!
