I was in severe depression for a year.. chanting mantras have really really changed my life... Not only am I out of depression but I'm living a very blissful and happy life. Thanks universe 🙏 I'm really blessed 🙏
I am doing 108 Aum chanting every morning with Sadhguru (audio) during this 2 3 years covid time , i feel very fit and while other family member positif covid ,but i am fine and my anxiety is gone , thank you Sadhguru 🙏❤️
Inspiration. That's my goal too now. Also do but wanna be consistently daily to do the chakra chants over all but I guess I'ma do this one everyday and sometimes weekly or twice a week the chants And sounds for each chakra ❤️🤗
He is speaking the truth. I recently started chanting AUM and I can feel the vibrations healing me. I Instantly feel better even after chanting the first AUM. I do not have any sort of background or experience in any of the Eastern spiritual or religious practices, but it works wonders for me.

Institutional Christianity tries to put everyone in a box of limited, confined belief and guilt or condemn those who do not fully conform to set dictated parameters. "it has not entered into the hearts of man the things which God has prepared for those that love him". God alone knows the heart.

Certainly, the mantra sound associated with the third eye is commonly recognized as OM. However, it's noteworthy that the same sound, AUM, is also associated with both the crown and third eye chakras. I hope this clarification is helpful.
Sadhguru is saying this while experiencing it. This is not coming by reading a book. Just surrender and accept what he is saying when it comes to Yogic practices. He is placing the peeled banana at us. Just take it and follow.
I was placed on a lot of medication for the rest of my life at age 24 and even epileptic medication. I was locked up in asylums and attended a psychiatrist every fortnight.For what? It took a year to get free but now I take nothing and see no doctors. I heard Sadghuru speak for the first time and light shone in....it all appears clear. Oh I am so thankful he is here. At the age of 65 my life has begun. Thanks be to my joyful heart that never gave up
@@h9comps943 I must admit I only barely manage and now its so hard because I am getting off methadone and I have another year to go before i dont have to take it. every month my dose is decreased a small bit.this is like being constantly unwell and mentally in misery from the minute I wake up if I can sleep. I just cling to Sadghuru's words and stay patient. Thanks be to Sadghuru. Thanks be to our creator,that He would speak to us through the lips of Sadghuru.

AUM... the key to connecting properly with creation itself. I am no longer a a slave to psychiatric medications anymore. Meditation not medication was the answer always for me. Maybe for you as well.

It's pronounced and vocalised as this. When you chant it start from muladhar chakra crossing aanaha going straight forward to the third eye spot. That's the correct way of chanting ohm in meditation practices.
