Today we are only eating Disney Asian food for 24 HOURS!! California Adventure was having their Lunar New Year celebration for 2024 so it was filled with lots of Asian food like boba, dumplings, viet coffee, strawberry matcha churros, dragon fruit churros, char siu ribs, lo mein noodles, bbq pork bun, kung pao bao, fried rice, dan dan noodles, milk tea, and so much more! We taste test and review all of them and we even meet Meimei and her mom from TURNING RED at the meet & greet! Enjoy 😋

My husband and I got to experience the lunar new year at disney once and it was so much fun! I am absolutely living through you. Growing up where I was from, I only ever saw/tasted one flavor of gao. Then when I moved away, one day my friend brought gao her dad made that was coconut flavored. And only then did I learn/realize that gao and mochi were essentially the same thing.

Hey Meimei! You should try a tradicional south brazilian sagu. You cook 2 cups of the pearls, then add them to a pan with half a bottle of red wine, a cup of sugar, a cup of the water where you cooked the pearls. Boil untill it's a bit more consistent, and it's ready! It can be eaten hot or cold and with some kind of sweet cream, it's sooo good. Hope you like it, luv from Brazil🇧🇷
