oh no don't feel like that everyone eat differently food portions doesn't equal being fat there are a lot of thin people who eat way more than overweight people also in another video Evelyn said that she like eats one sweet potato for breakfast which was not even enough for her sister and didn't make her full also i think they didn't have time to get hungry between every meal so that is also why they felt that way ik this is very cliche but don't compare yourself to others you're perfect the way you're of you want to change something about yourself change it for yourself to be happy and confident in yourself

She doesn’t get full easily. Shes clearly restricting and using exercise as a means to change her body after her day of “unhealthy” eating

I wish you the best of luck on your recovery, I have a feeling that this channel might not be the best for you personally because of the constant negative correlation with the word ‘fat’ and eating in general. Of course I don’t mean to tell you what to do but the the things we view on social media have a huge impact on our wellbeing. A great RU-vidr I watch is Linda sun, her content helps me create a better relationship with food.

I’ve seen other comments mentioning she could have an undiagnosed ED. I hope she is doing ok and is healthy. Other comments have pointed out her phrasing could do harm to those watching. Like summer body indicating she is in bad shape and she should be smaller although she is in good shape (it’s ok as long as you’re healthy and want on the parts you don’t like; these are just other comments I saw; not my thoughts.)
