it kind of makes me sad that so many people feel the need to make it out like having carbs for every meal is a crime!! I do get that eating takeaways for every meal might be more carbs than usual, but carbs are genuinely necessary for every meal in order to be balanced, so please don't be so hard on yourself about one day of more and think you cant eat bread for like the rest of the week!!! I dont blame you though, I blame diet culture

I love you but please next time in food challenges can you mention less about carbs, feeling guilty for eating too much or portion sizes because it can be a bit triggering but other than that I love your challenges so much

Sorry!! Didn’t even really realise - food challenges are hard to know how to word stuff without saying the wrong thing coz anyone can see this is a carb heavy day, but there’s deffo nothing wrong with it and I don’t think I’m actively saying there was, just that I felt bloated AF afterwards and it’s not a balanced diet at all, that’s all I ever try to promote, Sorry if it came across otherwise xx

It's interesting you think that Hull has mostly independents. I always try and go to those instead of the chains and find it really difficult! In Hull there is costa, ask, pizza express, nandos, McDonald's, subway, Starbucks, Papas, just soo many you can't get away from them!
