If you want something a bit gross, they sell a fermented rice pudding. My wife likes it, but I thought it was awful. It's in a white bag and is usually near floor level.

Can you please recommend me a hotel or a place to stay in Chang Mai? Ideally in Bangkok aswell if you don't mind im going in my first ever solo trip for 3 weeks next month and have no idea where to stay. Spending 3 days in Bangkok and then 2 weeks in Chang Mai, then probably back to Bangkok
In Chiang mai, we stayed at a place called Le Canal Boutique and LOVED it! It was pretty affordable and was in a decent location. As for Bangkok, we have stayed in some pretty awesome Airbnbs there, but on our most recent trip, we actually stayed with a friend who lives there, so we don't really have a hotel to recommend!
@@kyleandmadie lol that's quite fair. have been here much of the time since the pandemic started, considered creating a 1 month thai 7-11 video. a week would be a lot more tolerable though. you missed a lot of better stuff for your dinner! also if you have a kitchen you could make stuff too.
Yes, they rarely have it like in Thailand. Or you could say they have just in some place. Thailand have various foods not like any other 7-11 in the entire world even Japan because of Cp company and many products from sme company from Thai people too.
@@kyleandmadie yes my friend, there are a lot of products over there too but quite different from here because the suppliers, like if people like to eat ham cheese sandwiches at 7-11 here in Thailand it's not weird if 7-11 in Japan do not sell the same sandwiches, I don't know about 7-11 any where in the world but all 7-11 in Thailand own by Cp company not like 7-11 in others countries and a lot of 7-11 here are just a franchise(private 7-11) that's mean a lot of them just own by a Thai people not own by 7-11 and it's up to them to sell what they want to sell 7-11 products?, cp products? Or Thai local products or foods? that's why there are a lot of various items here at 7-11 and here 7-11 are still sell slightly different products compared to each other and they always change by the trend of the people too like many years ago they sold famous yummy hot dog at every 7-11 with unlimit free Vegetables and many kinds of sause but now so sad they're gone, but I think it's quite fun for me to see how different the products/suppliers from all around the world, for me I really like the products from Japan too because it always so cute. So much plastic! 3 plastic bags, on a plastic tray and lid, 1 plastic sauce container, 1 cereal box, 1 paper bag inside a plastic bottle and plastic lid. 1 plastic yogurt pot with foil lid, 1 banana in a plastic bag. 2 plastic cups with 2 plastic lids, small pancakes in a plastic bag, blueberry jelly drink in plastic container. 2 plastic cutlery, toastie with plastic packaging, pork mandu (yummy) 😁 in plastic container and packaging, crab sushi in plastic container (yummy no 2) 😁Plastic container for seaweed roll, chicken wings in plastic bag, noodles with sausage on plastic tray 1 plastic bag, seaweed in plastic container, spicy pork, in plastic bag, chicken with cream corn cheese bun, in plastic. 27 items of plastic, just crazy ! It`s not a criticism, having been to Phuket myself, its it`s impossible to avoid it, saw so much plastic all over the white beach`s, utter madness 😔
Oh my gosh tell us about it! That is one thing we really disliked in Thailand was just how much plastic was used for EVERYTHING! Most of the time, we just asked for no bag, no straw etc. to try to offset it, but it is nearly impossible to avoid 😅
