What to do: 3 tables spoons of coffee add hot water and stir. can leave overnight or Steep for 2-3 hours and strain spray on scalp and hair shaft rinse out and do the LOC or LCO method

I've used coffee as a natural hair regimen in the past and it always made my hair look like it is relaxed when I use Indian Hemp with it!! (Because of my "babyhair-like texture). I normally would use this regimen in the Fall season. I love it sooo much! Watching your video has inspired to go back to my basics! And yes, coffee regimen really works for me. My grandmother also remembers her mother using this method on her hair when she was a little girl. That's how I was first inspired to try it out! Hello everyone out there hope you're doing well peace and love. I would like to make a suggestion to those out there who are pushing strengthening treatments. Some people don't understand the term strong for the hair as the feeling. So for lack of better words, and speaking in layman's term I would like to express to those out there who are just learning using certain products in the hair such as clarifiers and protein treatments anything that can strip the hair or anything that claims to strengthen the hair strands.... Can make the hair feel like straw, the hair feels extremely hard almost immovable it can feel or sound crunchy when the hair is in this state after applying such type of treatments or cleansers please be aware do not part the hair do not comb the hair in the state do nothing with the hair that requires extreme manipulation. Your next step is to go straight into a deep moisturizing conditioning treatment. There you go. HAVE a good journey peace and love.

@@camille121 It sounds like U need to see a dermatologist & have a allergy test done immediately! U may need to only apply ingredients to ur scalp that u can eat! Many of these hair care products put ingredients in the product that may not be listed! After my BIG CHOP 2 yrs ago I learned that MY HAIR loves💕💕💕💕 to EAT what I EAT....LOL🤣 I could not braid my hair I cut it so SHORT due to ALOPECIA & it's now down my back same EXACT length as Selena's NOW! I'm a NYS Licensed Cosmetologist & hair set backs & issues could happen to ANYONE so dont feel bad🌼 Ur hair will grow back stronger & longer

But I wanted to give you an update: I finally got my hands on 100% coffee and made this treatment along with some homemade liquid African black soap (for shampooing) and flaxseed gel. It's hair day so I'm gonna try the coffee on my husband's scalp/locs today. i'll prepare a mixing bowl of steeped coffee and will simply dunk my head, donut style, for a couple of minutes 👍🏼 … at this stage wondering what effect it will have on natural honey blonde colour? …1 treatment later, didn’t even rinse it off, and there's no change to natural hair colour.

I use aloe Vera leaves, the tuna leaves blend it with papaya leave. I leave it in her hair for 2hrs then shampoo and conditioner. Then I will use the red onion, juice in let it dry then oil and blow dry it's that good for her hair.

Your current hair length here & thickness is enough of a goal for me 😯☺ My hair is collarbone length for a while now it has been growing but it has always grown unevenly also I don't have 4c hair so it isn't as thick naturally. But I'm adding this spray and oil infusion to my routine plus new vitamins to try to get past shoulder length by January

I have lost my edges too, not sure if it's due to my depression and anxiety or hormonal or all of those. It's been more depressing since losing my edges, I don't care about long hair if it's not growing but I do care about the edges.

Also Black Tea, re-known for reducing shedding. Its one thing I will swear by. I use it as a last rinse but never wash it out, then apply leave in etc. It works almost immediately. On 2nd wash, hardly much shedding! Green Tea too.

What is the shelf life of the remaining coffee? Do we have to store in the fridge ? 😭 I tried rosemary water for a month and gave up because i had to store it in the fridge and it worsen my headaches
