Hi can you please let me know like I just bought contact lenses but I have nothing like just the lenses, how am I supposed to put them on and off? And after I put them off, do I need to do something extra?
U know what’s worse? Not wearing your contacts or glasses and then walking past someone you know without saying hi. And they think ur being arrogant. Also when you can’t see someone, it’s blurry and you have to squint your eyes to make your vision better. And people think your giving them an evil look. We as humans need to stop misunderstanding other humans. sometimes people don’t have bad intentions at all
Omg ye my contact dried out too much because my teacher gave out to me for rolling my eyes at her then my contact fell on my cheek and she screamed it was so funny. Also thank u so much for comments and likes omg
My contact went dry randomly in lunch and a lot of my guy and girl friends were with me so while I was glaring at anything to get it my eyes to cry so they wouldn’t be dry anymore one my guy friends thought I was gonna come after him so he came up to me and begged me not to take his life. 🤦🏽♀️ he was the only one who didn’t know I had contacts and did this all the time-
OH MY GOD OKAY SO I am nearsighted but I was only diagnosed a week ago and got my contacts 3 days ago and I've been doing great so far wearing them and such but I DIDNT KNOW THEY DRY OUT?? And during class my eyes got so dry the left one literally FELL OUT and I was just sitting there like "Uhhhh" and ended up managing to put it back in but damn that whole process hurt a lot and I couldn't see anything out of my left eye cus everything got doubled and blurry
Omg that's literally happened to me before, too. I've been wearing contacts for almost a year now and I'd suggest keeping a small bottle of contact solution and little conact case with u if u can. If that happens, u can always have it on hand so u can see lmao
get contact solution with no preservatives or eyedrops, if you arent careful contact lens usage can let to blepharitis and also chronic eye dryness, take care of your eyes and don’t rub at them at all, ive been wearing hard lenses for over 12 years now and ive noticed my eyes do get dry more naturally now
I wear high quality $140 prescription contacts and they still dry out time to time obviously, I was at a after school co curricular and I was standing they’re furiously blinking, rubbing my eyes, staring and being generally blind cause my contacts are dry and I can’t see and my friend was just like “girl are you ok?!?!” And I was just like I see nothing but a white light am I dying 💀💀💀 then during the middle it was silent I raised my hand and in front of everyone is said “um sir can I go to the bathroom… to fix my contact umm… in my eyeee.” And he laughed awkwardly and said “take someone with you” so I aggressively pointed to where my friend was and yelled a bit too loud “YOU!!” And she was so embarrassed so was I😭
My eye doctor has colored contacts. I used to wear clear contacts. On and off like glasses. I sticked to glasses. Please don't order cheap ones online. Those anime sized eyes. I've seen contacts with bacteria in the solution. A girl still put them in. You can trust my eye doctor, they're prescribed. I think you can add your what do you call it on them. Your contact prescription on them so you can see with them. ☺️
It's a pain, even more so when you find the perfect contacts for you colour wise and don't dry out even after14hrs and super comfortable but they leave your eyes red after with a ring around it, gutted.
Somewhat relatable. I don't wear contacts, but I have compulsive tics. Where my brain occasionaly (every 30s-1:00 on average) has this strong desire to sharply roll my eyes. Doesn't matter where I am because the compulsion is that strong. In public I usually pretend like I'm rubbing my eyes, that way I don't look like some crack-addict.
“The law that brings respect for the Lord is pure. It lasts forever. The commands the Lord gives are true. All of them are completely right.” Psalm 19:9 NIRV
This is so true- I just either put water in them if I’m in public, or if I’m home I just put my contact solution in my eye. But you might not have the same contacts because I’m 11… Hope this helps tho!
Dude same!! Contacts also give me hella dry eyes so I'll be just walking down the street and my eyes will be watering and I'll be having to look down away from the sun lol
If that happens i recommend dream lenses. I wear them and you only wear them at night and take them off in the morning so you dont feel the pain the whole entire day. Hope that helped :)
