Simple recipe called "Potato gratin" we turn ordinary potatoes into a delicious treat. Don't forget that potato dishes always need a lot of spices! Enjoy a fancy twist on regular potatoes with this easy and luxurious cheese potato recipe 🤗🤩😋😍😘
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of potatoes
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
500 ml cooking cream
130 g of mozzarella
Condiments:
Salt and black pepper
Italian greens
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C
2. Cut the potatoes and place in a large ovenproof dish (10in/25cm). Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Italian greens and garlic as you layer the potatoes.
3. Pour melted butter on top or pour heavy cream
4. Heat on the stove until it boils, then boil for 10 minutes (uncovered) until the cream reduces a little
5. Move the pan to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
6. Lower the oven temperature to 300°F/150°C degrees and cook for another 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is brown.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
8. Enjoy your cheesy baked potatoes!
