I no longer buy bread
📝 Softest bread bubbles
⬅️Ingredients:
1 container of yogurt (170g)
1 cup of warm water (low temperature), equivalent to 250 ml
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons milk powder
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
⬅️Mix the ingredients well
Then we add ⬇️ to it
4 cups flour
⬅️ Mix the ingredients until we have a soft, smooth dough
Leave it aside to ferment for 1/2 hour...
⬅️Then form small balls stuffed with cheese and arrange on a tray
We cover it and set it aside for 10 minutes until it ferments a little.
Then brush with an egg mixture and a little milk and sprinkle with black seed.
Bake in an oven at 200 degrees....
After coming out of the oven, decorate with honey and sesame (optional)
