@@tglamorousgaming3498 Aku no Hana follows the story of a Japanese high school boy named Kasuga who is (quite typically) in love with his classmate Saeki. During a moment of weakness, he steals her sports uniform
it gives me the vibes of "everything is possible", "I'm in love with you, it hurts, but everything hurts, so...", "just the two of us", "I could die for you", "I would kill for you" kinda song
thinking about how perfectly this song matches with aku no hana, a world where nobody understands you except this one person who's charming but also toxic and manipulative at the same time and things have gone too far between you two that you just can't bear the thought of them leaving you
This feels like someone innocent being found guilty for a serious crime and then being handcuffed walking out of the court room, staring at the person that framed them.
And then the person is like their lover or sum. That's why it says 'only you my girl'. Because they would never take this amount of blame and pain, for any other person than them.
The manga makes their connection all the more depressing. The crazy parts feel like a dream and the sad parts feel like waking up to the cold reality. An aftermath of the good times.
To all the people saying 'i can't understand how you don't know about Steve earlier' or 'i feel sorry for those who found out about the song through tiktok': let's just be happy that people are appreciating good talent. that's what matters. finding good music shouldn't be a crime and it's not superior to find music any other way as opposed to finding it on tiktok.
I wish comments like these were seen more; I'm not a user of tiktok, but it's a bit irritating to see people look down on others for finding a song through a platform they find to be cringe... Like, it's a song for anyone to listen to and enjoy, and it's obnoxious to complain about it coming from tiktok and being "ruined" when literally nothing about the song has changed
it's the equivalent to saying "bruh yall found this artist thru the radio??? fake fans smh" like tiktok isn't the most popular platform for music rn,,,it's so stupid
Anime adaptation hits different for some reason it has a different tone than other cutesy animes And I think the director did a good job showing emotions through humans animated
I haven't even watched the anime yet but I do know their relationship isn't healthy and is chaotic, but yet this makes it seem so romantic... It actually hurts to know they aren't actually like how the video pictures them.
When I first listened to this and saw the anime in this vid, I legit thought it was gonna be some kind of romance anime/manga and was so shocked when I read it...but tbh I like it more than if it was a romance because the story is so interesting omg
At first I thought it was saying "don't leave" then I looked up the lyrics and they said it's "only you" now I hear both, I hear " only you my girl, don't leave babe, only you darling, only you babe" and sometimes it swaps the parts were I heard them. It's kinda weird.
Her Her treacherous smile Magnificent to the eye Her glimmer, unfounded beauty She was She was the moon Surrounded by stars Never realizing that she was more than Sun She was the Queen to a damaged knight The armor malleable by countless fights But knelt for his righteous obsession Innocent love turned into moral delinquency Poor knight To be satisfied being a nameless mercenary All in the sake of her His hemlet always stood on As her hand blesses him Nameless Broken Knight In praise of his midnight moon His moon
started watching it becauseI found this video and comments about it. It's pretty good so far. I can't tell if the second hand embarassment for the characters is making me want to cry or laugh tho lmao
@@Maria_hm417 please read the manga y'all, the anime only shows a third of the actual story and it doesn't tell it as good as the mange, and good luck!!!
this feels like a villain who is willing to do literally anything for her but she doesn't appreciate it but the villain doesn't care and still crazy in love with her
Lots of these comments are saying "I want to drop everything for this girl and run away". I'm saying I want to drop everything for a submissive little boy. I mean just look at the way he stares at her. So cute.
Watched this edit for the first time yesterday...got intrigued by the anime art style, Finished the whole anime and the manga And now....this scene with this song has a WHOLE ANOTHER MEANING
This sounds like being in a toxic relationship that you should get out of but you're so blinded by love as they run a hand across your face wiping the tears walking in a full circle around you I have other scenarios as well
This version feels like watching your s/o move on from you, and you want them to come back, but youre still happy that theyre happy. Its hauntingly sweet and tense at the same time and its beautiful. Dark Red is one of my favorites i sweaaar
It really messed me up too, it made me think abt the stuff I regret doing. I have never had this type of reaction towards an anime and I think the creator wanted ppl to feel that way, this has to be one of my favorite anime/manga.
@@Offli. i never watched the anime cuz the animation turned me off, but the manga was really beautiful. It made me think about who i present myself as. Iloved it!
@@somebpforme7999 I haven't read Flowers of Evil yet, but Emergence wasn't that bad imo. I was expecting way worse? Like idk. It was sad but I also read other stories worse that were more messed up so it could be that I was numb to it. One short story that did get me was the girl in the box (not the actual name).
@@bimates2690 tbh, emergence was messed up, but it didnt leave the same effect as flowers of evil. Emergence was really fucking sad, seeing a young girl be betrayed by friends and her mother, running away to get a better life, but in the end getting beaten to death, as she gets another dose of drugs, apologizing to her kid, and hallucinating their happy ever ending, while bleeding out on the floor and eventually dying. Flowers of evil is really complicated. You don’t understand what to think, or what point the writer is trying to prove, in the very end. It’s beautiful. You should read it
@@lamb623 Oh please do not misinterpret me. I do not wish for you to tell a lie in any form - I truly do wish that you express what you truly think. I myself was just not telling a lie, not telling a lie of omission to be exact.
This reminds me of a “toxic” relationship that fights a lot but deep inside they know they would never do anything to hurt each other and they are both kinda mean ppl but have a soft spot for each other and they finally kiss one night and makeup for everything
this comment made me go O.O because I literally listened to this song for the first time at like 4 this morning and I just started tearing up. I don't quite know why...the emotions of this song hit hard for some reason
This song feels like a rise to the top with the person you love and then everything just crumbles down as you get arrested or killed in front of them in someway
OK. So today I started reading the manga with this loop in the background, I still don’t know how to feel. But DAMN the scene in the mountain goes so good with this song overall. AND (I lil spoiler ahead) “… I wanted her to remain as an angel forever… I didn’t want to face the actual person…! I was afraid!!” That sentence.,,, 😩
This feels like just doing whatever you want with your friend and getting lost in the euphoria without thinking about the consequences. Your friend might even convince you to jump off a cliff together. Its an intense relationship where its all high: hurt, love, obsession, euphoria, depression. All feelings are muddled and you can't separate one from the other, all you can do is live in the moment.
Damn this vibe is unique Edit: Ive started watching aku no hana yesterday. Today I just saw this episode (7) and man... I've never been so stressed while watching an anime... Aku no hana is just a masterpiece
I haven't been able to get out of this video for four months. I just watch it looping until I NEED to leave because I would be on this audio forever. the music was already perfect but listening in this version and with frame of aku no hana is my therapist 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
The anime in the background is giving me the "I don't care about what you do to me or the rest of the world, as long as I can stay by your side until the end."
@@estherramirez4455 aku no hana. but the anime adapts only a part of the manga. I strongly recommend reading also the manga. I'm not in romance type, but this is a good one.
