TY for this. All the other reviewers I've watched look like they don't know what they're doing and you look like you've done this a few times. Nice to see what you can do when you know what you're doing.
Let the fire die down by the vents otherwise you get that burnt crust. Next time show the bottom of the pie to see whether the screen helped or hurt the crust.
