I recently bought this tablet from a friend and they moved out of state. I'm trying to set it up and I have tried what you showed in this video, and it took me to a screen to verify the pin of the original user, or to log in as the original user. I cannot get that information, how to bypass that? It's for my kids to play on and I'm not sure what to do now

Hi, I have done this on 2 -ONN tablets I recently purchased, I can log int my Goggle account, but both tablets are telling me I need to also log with the account that was set up when the tablet was originally purchased. I am stumped???

My onn tablet flashes the onn symbol like it's going to come on but then just a black screen.

Ok I accidentally shut down my ONN 16 inch tablet when taking screenshot &then it shut down! When I turned it on again (I did not press both power&volume button) it came up to the black screen and in blue highlight it says Factory Mode Auto Test, underneath that it has a list Manual test Item test Test report Debug test Clear eMMC Version Reboot Just like that it shows! How do I NOT reset factory mode& just get my tablet back?😢 pls it's an emergency! I just subscribed to your channel! Any help appreciated!

This method didn't work for mine It only worked up until selecting recovery and using down button. After that, the screen goes black for every.

You didn't show it all and it doesn't work just like that cause you still have the frp on it and you have to put the last email used and password and if you don't know it you can't use it

I hold the power and volume button and it keeps going black and then shows "ONN. Powered by Android" Then back to black and this repeats over and over until I let go. Then it shows a chinese menu with nothing showing an option to reset the tablet. I am seriously so fed up with "newer" and "better" technology that fs up the most basic functions needed to have a reliable device.

Instructions were in foreign language

This is not helpful, I need to change my passcode but all of the videos are just Factory resetting.
