After one year of ownership my battery got smoked, I messaged ONSRA at midnight (when it happened) and they reached me immediately and asked me to send them the board the following day. 15 days later it came back with a brand new battery, enclosure and ESC and all I had to pay was the initial shipping fee (60€). No questions asked. Customer service is crazy good.
I haven’t watched you in a good while man, after finding your channel a few years ago when I bought my backfire g3. All I can say is your content quality had risen drastically and they’re lookin super professional! Awesome work man
⚡ *Boards are gettin heavy, under 700Wh is cool!* That way it's not too heavy ⚡ Many of the big esk8 brands are usin TKP trucks now but Onsra's BC3 is up there with the best of them.
@@MrPhillipsTheChangeAgent DKP has it's place, will be around a little longer I think. For TKP, the angles vary between the brands so that makes it interestin, each brand's version of TKP has different ride characteristics. Awesome time in esk8 right now!
Yes sir. I think we will eventually see people look for more boards like that. Right now it is all about big boards but they are not practical in some situations.
I'm not doubting the BC3 TKP trucks, I assume they're an improvement over BC2, but when people talk about stability I want to say that I've never had a single speed wobble on my BC2/DD and I ride over uneven stuff without a worry in the world. With the trucks set tight, it's a really really stable board and a pleasure to ride even if the trucks are DKP. I've about 5000km on it and I've tried max speed once or thrice without wobbles. Also I'm happy you brought up about the point about battery weight! I totally agree there's a point where more isn't better. If I still wanted a battery upgrade, I'd go for faster charging rather than adding any more weight to the board. Also the 50S battery cells are already some of the best you can buy at the moment - there aren't any higher capacity ones available yet which means you already have the best weight-to-capacity ratio you can buy until companies invent better batteries. Same with the BC2 too actually (BC3 has more power output though).
@@MrPhillipsTheChangeAgent I'm about 80kg, gets me some 30km+ range on the rubber wheels (probably 40 if I rode conservatively). So when the board needs a charging break so do I. :D
7:20 : the best thing i heard in a review. Companies improved battery capacity, power, motors for more and more range and speed but we lost that skateboard spirit we had with our first boards ;-)
Awesome aesthetics but i want maximum comfort and do not care about max speed. Long commuting is going to be the normal around 18 miles a day. Nyc roads are not forgiving,so having a flexy deck is a must for me .i do agree people want it to perform like a race car but want it to be light as a feather 😂.
