Port Union G TEST/G2 EXIT TEST I executed parallel parking and uphill/downhill parking in my G2 exam. Ontario Ministry Standards Met. Hope this helps ease your nerves! Good luck with your exam and remember, keep calm and drive safe.🙏🙏🙏
i guess im asking randomly but does anybody know of a method to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot the login password. I would love any tricks you can give me.
Just passed my G test! If you want to increase your chances of passing follow these tips: - Always use your signal when changing lanes, turning or even attempting parking skills such as 3 point turn. - Follow speed limit accordingly, do not exceed speed limit nor drive to slow. - ALWAYS and I mean always observe your surroundings by using neck and shoulder movements. -Primarily use right lane. (left lane contains many fast paced/aggressive drivers) Don't hesitate to ask me any questions regarding the G test, I'll be happy to provide some knowledge. Cheers. P.S: My G test was taken in Ottawa ON.
Pro tip: do a self commentary while u practice and during the test. Say what u r doing on road out loud. Ask the examiner before if it's okay. Most of them are okay with it. That did it for me. Passed with barely any errors.
Passed my G test today! Thanks for posting this. Although my route at Port Union was not the same, it was really reassuring to watch this. The test is quite simple, it just dealing with nerves that can be a problem. Your video helped me calm
@@liv2rule The standard speed should be 100. Every examiner appears to have their own discretion; however, they will tell you prior to entering the ramp what their expectation is. Safe to assume 100
Just passed the G license test today at the same location, first attempt. The examiner took me to a completely different route. it was a 80 KM highway called *Hwy 2A.* She asked me to perform 3 point, parallel parking and emergency stop. I think the reason she asked me to take that route was the questionnaire I filled in the beginning while registering myself at the driving center where one has to enter the license number, car make etc. There were 2 questions. The first one was asking that how many times have you been on 401 in the past 3 months? The other one was like how many times u have used 400 hwy. So I answered 80 and 90 as had been driving with my G2. Thankyou for the video Kyros, it helped me as well.
Like a thouroughfare? I thought they always took you on a 400 series, Thanks for the info, i wonder if it depends on the person if they accomadate only going on a 80 km road.how long was the 2A section?
Took my G today. Same route, residential first for 3 pt turn, emergency roadside stop and then highway. Exit local then re enter highway once more, then back to the test Centre. Before the test you will be asked to use a machine to enter info, when they asked how many times I went on the highway in the last 3 months, I put 20, and when they asked the average distance of the trip I put under 5km.
Emergency stop as in if a officer or ambulance is coming by with lights on you signal and pull over to the right? Or do you mean like an emergency stop as in, they'll just say stop and you have too stop the car pretty quickly and hold the steering wheel firmly?
Hi there, At 8.37 . Did the examiner asked to change lane and move ahead of bus or you did it by yourself? Because I have been taught by instructor to wait for the bus/front vehicle to pass unless said otherwise by examiner. Pls let me know, I have test coming up🙈
Anas Javed Be patient. You won’t lose marks or very few if any for making a safe left turn or taking your time for 3 point turn. Merge onto highway when it’s safe. Your speed doesn’t have to be 100 but not super slow either when merging My car is old so it took awhile to gain speed to 100 so I merged late the first time, second time I floored it to gain speed and merged. Check left and right when proceeding through an intersection. And after completing lane change check your rear view mirror (Make every safety check exaggerated so your examiner knows) Stay calm and drive smooth. As long as you drive like you did for G2 you’ll pass
I took test on oct-1-2020 , i passed. Route is different from this video now. Highway entry and exits are same and initial route from the center till the Sheppard street is same , in video the examiner took west on Sheppard and in my case i drive east towards port union east . I did parallel parking.
@@MT-ph7ou its 60. But in this examiner took him Sheppard west. My case , examiner asked me to take East Port union road , also its 60 there. It took highway entry on 410 and port union.
can you merge on the highway even before you reach the speed of the ongoing traffic(100km)? The examiner told something there but I couldnt make out what she said.
Yeah as long as it’s safe to do so, she doesn’t expect me to wait until the merging lane ends to merge, my car just accelerated very slowly so I waited to merge
Yeah not usually. Mine had such an angry vibe and look. Even when they passed me, usually they don't talk and just judge you, so you're not distracted, and also because they're under no obligation to be nice since they already took your money
Thank you for the video,I have my road test for my G on Friday August 30th 2019,@ port union, and my licence expiry on Friday August 30th 2019, you guys pray for me please ..
Got a question, when u wer entering the ramp to enter the highway did you follow the recommendation speed or u increase to plus 10? When you exit do you have to be with the speed limit before the speed sign?
Sanar K pull over to the side by indicating to the right. Then use your emergency 4 way hazard lights. It’s a red triangle 🔺 button usually at the middle of the dash or on top near the sunglasses holder (where the visors are). Also put on your parking break
Rukhma A Since it’s a major intersection and Sheppard Ave E is a main road it’s 60. Ty (: Gl with yours. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have
Kyros that makes sense! Thanks! And when you are done with the test, can you park at any designated spot? I know some spots have a cement block in the parking spot which can make it a little nerve racking to park. I’ll keep you updated if I pass 👍🏼
Lol i just took it again.got the friendliest examiner in that location. A tall blonde guy. We were talking about random shit the whole way. And i kept commenting on everything im doing. That does the trick.
Actually they are always rude, 3rd time is the charm for me in that location. All minor errors a lot of people told that i shouldve pass but the report doesnt make sense
