Nice video! Just received mine today! I see a mini small black dot on the screen. Would that be normal due to the ink technology? It's not annoying at all.

Hi! I just ordered a boox palma as well and I cannot get the micro SD slot to open with the included tool. How were you able to open it?

I couldn't find the tool in my unboxing. I used my mother's tool from her phone. I had to push kinda hard but please take your time to not damage anything. That was my worry.

@@GamingGadgetsTechnology thank you so much for replying! I ended up having to push kind of firmly for the tray to pop out. Scared the heck out of me because I thought I broke my new palma right away. Unfortunately that hole got all scratched up. Just cosmetic damage unfortunately 😢. Do you also have a screen protector on your device? I’ve heard the screen is really fragile.
