Pretty pleased with the performance. I can keep with traffic around town and climb some of the bigger hills without much trouble. I've hit 50mph on flat roads with ease. I had an Ariel Rider X-Class 52V for about a month but decided that a step-thru, moped-like design would be better for my needs and the terrain. I test rode the Onyx RCR and the CTY2 and immediately fell in love with the CTY2. The RCR is very powerful, but I felt it would draw too much attention riding around town. The CTY2 is very well built. The throttle is so smooth and linear. The suspension is rougher than the X52 but I'm hoping to solve that issue with some different shocks.
