So based on what that tik tok said , Ashley could not acquire any businesses during this marriage because it would have came from the money before the marriage and he essentially would have ownership of that said business . Maybe this is why we didn’t see anything on that yoga business . At this point , Ashley needs to completely remove her self from the situation and start over

I NEVER thought Ashley was smart. I had hopes that she would figure things out but I NEVER thought that she gave "SMART." Sadly, I thought that she would end up exactly where she is because Michael knew exactly who he was marrying and what he wanted from her. He always knew it was a business arrangement dresses up like a relationship. He was never fully committed to just her. And, he's business savvy. She is not. Michael was never desperate. He was fine with "paying" for the convenience of keeping her around. I was SHOCKED that he gave her 2 kids but that post-nup secured HIS bag. She's probably not even getting that much in child support. If Ashley was smart, she'd be in a 2 bedroom townhouse that she could afford on her Bravo check.

I’m okay with blk male actors who are authentic with their preferences. The problem is that, they only reach true fame through black women and once we are crossed (by crossed, I mean disrespected or feel lied too) their careers suffer bc they start in black rom coms/ family/community films and want to be cross over actors. Taye Diggs career 👀. Only a few don’t have this problem and make really good career choices that provide them versatility like Will Smith and Denzel.

Love y'all but ain't nobody buying a house for $200k in Potomac. I live in Rhode Island and houses are $400k or more. Potomac and most of Maryland is $650k + and many million dollar houses. Folks are out here paying cash and 2-3x the asking price. Shit is competitive. It's hard AF to get a house out here in some of these cities

I agree the LAMH fandom has gone over the cliff. I'm just wondering, what is the benefit of speculating which subset of the fans are doing the most? If you name the correct subset, they still are not motivated to stop. And, if you name the wrong subset, the culprits become invisible and empowered to ramp it up. Shady is not trademarked. Slim shady, maybe. Shady is a common word. That is the equivalent to trademarking the word “blue.” Jami, they won’t have to pay anything. That is extreme. If we could trademark common words, we would never be able to use the most common words.

According to reports Eminem has trademarked the word "Shady" for apparel and other merchandise. It was registered back in 1999. Way before we used 'shady' in every day lexicon. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in court. He definitely has a case and deeper pockets for legal fees. And you know money is the winning factor in any court.

@@michellehightower8224, can you post where you found that information because I found several trademarks that include “shady records, shady limited, and slim shady” BUT not “shady.” He would never to prove that the word shady as he uses it differs from the actual definition of the word. Even still, he would not be able to stop someone from using it in it’s true form.
