no bitch,i am here beacose of charlies speech, so i am checking if he had beautifull wife, after his long liberal talking, and gues what, this bitch is ugly
Here because of Begbeder) I first took a look at the video, returned back to the book then I realised that under the video there should be lots of Begbeder lovers) he amazed me by his innovation. Hi from Armenia:)
Memories. My late sister-in-law (Jane nee Goodpaster) when very young, was once a boarding school roommate with Oona O'Neill - not in NYC the way they say, but at a school somewhere inbetween Geneva and Lausanne. Many years later, Jane went to Lausanne to visit, and then brought back a copy of Oona's Daily Worker (lol) which Jane then handed to me, and which I even politely read.
She is one of the most beautiful women of all time which confirms this film. She personifies what we, men, expect so much from the beauty and personality of women: sensuality, cordiality, extraordinary charm, delicacy, fleetingness. I love her.
Tone it down there, pancho. Do you want the ghost of Charlie Chaplin to start haunting you for confessing to all of humankind your secret romantic feelings towards his wife (I hereby copyright this idea, all rights reserved, talk to me if you want to turn it into a movie I'm sure we can come to an arrangement)? Marriage is intended to be forever. And for some it just might be so.
She could have been someone in her on right if she had had a good childhood. Charlie was her Father, husband, lover and best friend. when he died she was lost without him. She was smart they say and talented, but he wanted a wife always there and she wanted to be there. She has been gone 28 years now. I hope someone does her justice by a great bio, not that Jane Scovell book and a movie about her life before, during and after Charlie.
F.B. qu'est-ce que vous nous ferez point faire ! D'ailleurs, le nombre de vue de cette vidéo (actuellement à 8'876) va évidemment augmenter d'ici mercredi prochain, il va de soi.
Happy Birthday Oona O'Neill Chaplin! A beautiful girl you were! From all accounts you were brilliant and could have been anything you choose. I hope someday someone writes the bio on you that you deserve. Jane Scovell's book was just okay. You deserve a better one. I am reading Federic Beigbeder's book now. The English version came out in 2017. It is called Manhattan's Babe. So far good. Trio by Aram Saroyan and Among the Porcupines by his Mother Carol Marcus Matthau give insight into you, but I long for a book just about you. Perhaps someday.
She died 27 years ago today. After reading Jane Scovell's bio on her I think she could have been famous in her own right. She was lovely and had such a sad childhood. Her father Eugene O'Neill was a monster as a father. Sad for her and her brother. I keep hoping that someone will do a movie about her. I think she was interesting in her own right. I didn't read Beigbeder's book. Is it in English and still in print?
Book with illustrations is translated into English and named “Manhattan’s Babe” and is the translation of Frédéric Beigbeder’s Oona and Salinger. Intersting read, especially if you’ve read Capote (biography).
Maybe I'm late, but all he did was describe Oona, and tell the reader to go to RU-vid, search Oona O'Neil, and in the first video she'll be in a casting for a role:) after to admire her beauty.
