(OP05) One Piece Championship 2nd Preliminary Tournament - P Luffy vs Enel - Where the top end? 

The 7 drop Enel only loses the protection effect when there is a "character" Luffy on board. The opposing leader being Luffy doesn't stop it.

Magellan doing work, and the Pluffy effect to ramp is crazy. The double Law didn't help things for Enel either, losing six cards from hand in one turn is nasty XD

Are there deck lists from this event?

I am trying to audit my own gameplay as Enel to practice for locals and I would never have taken Conis over Enel.

Leader Luffy doesn't count for Enel's effect jsyk
