OP08 King | Nobody is Ready for this Leader | Round 1 | One Piece TCG 

Hope you enjoy it! I have quite a bit to showcase, I play this everyweek since op08 has come out. Here and there doing Pudding stuff, but King is my Deck of choice. Yamato has also taken a much needed backseat lol

Yeah perona is a tough one into hard removal decks. I’d imagine difficult against king. Big body after body. They need to expand a lot of resources while holding a board against me. But my OPP was awesome, I typically suck at getting to this locals on time. He waited for me to resleeve up.

I check every day to see if a King, somewhere did something. Regionals over here in NA, really are "You got lucky in que" or you do webcam regionals ( not my thing ) I love interacting w/ ppl. I surely hope you do well, even taking him to the event is amazing. ^^

@@PawsePlays I play at locals don’t really like playing webcam because of all the cheating going around with it. Rather play in person.

@@jagiitcgTV Same here! I hate the fact webcam events for tcg are a thing. Considering the amount of cheaters are exposed on reddit / twitter etc. And we rarely hear anything got done about it. Besides, I like being social.

He's def worth playing. It'll be a bit till he makes it "top of the meta" if he gets to that point. Its a pilot issue and I dont think many people have been taking him to regionals

@@PawsePlays my only problem is I can't find a build to stick with I played a mid to late with Brook, kamazo Rebecca and gecko and that felt ok so you don't lose to aggro matched but I wanted to try a low to the ground page one deck and ulti to summon guys but the late game build with kuzan and linlin might just be better and I'll just need to learn how to play better

@@teamdmd3910 I am not a fan of the page 1 ulti combo at all. Youre cooked against aggro if you miss stage and you happen to -don for the duo. Gecko, is way to slow in this deck, unlike lucci. Gecko in king requires alot more setup. You need kama on board, ice age and tsu to go for big pops. Thats 2 2ks, and 1 ice age to remove a body. Which...why on earth would that be a good idea. Instead 8C sabo is better. Or Ice age + Kaido 9c (op08) or linlin. No matter how I build king, aggro will be my hardest matchup. I'm strictly talking zoro tho. Lucci matchup, is the same as all black decks. Whoever sees sabo more, at the right times, wins.

I do want to try a super low king build focused on low cost page ones and ultis that plans on staying around 5 don and little to no high cost just to see how it feels

What do you mean, explain it? It states "Up to 1" you dont have to heal your opp. lol
