Bro watching or playing against nami sucks. Unless you are playing blue or tech in black viola a card that does nothing to anyone but nami, you just hope they mismanage their don or brick.
That Nami player was playing insanely well. They didn't missplay once. The Lucci player not playing 3c brook or 6c brook was a big disadvantage. They didn't play any mind games either, and that made it easier for the Nami player to counter out efficiently. Sometimes, you can get the Nami player to panic by swinging big and ending your turn instead of letting them counter the smaller swings. That way, they eat the first swing, thinking they will counter the rest, and they can't because you end your turn early. Next turn, you can swing big again, and it forces them to consider spending a lot of don just to get out of 1 swing because they cant just keep taking life hoping to counter out the little swings. Another thing, if the Nami plays Desert Spada and leaves their cards on the top, more often than not, they are putting usless cards at the top. If you end your turn after they do that, you might have just forced them to draw cards they dont want and ruin their stacking, so they might be forced to Gavel a Pilaf or Kaya to counter out of loosing a life. The Lucci player did really well with checking the Namis trash. Not enough players do that. It's valuable info. They were too afraid of snake dance, i think. Wasting the Jacks power just to K.O. wasn't worth it. Because i play Nami it's become really easy to beat Nami. I can normally guess what my opponent has by their hand size and don. I almost won a game where my oppont had 5 draw 2 triggers in life just because of how well i know the deck. It came down to 1 card. So id have won if they only saw 4 draw 2 triggers. Normally most people assume the Nami only needs 2 or 3 draw 2 triggers and they've basically won. Its not true.
I am a Nami player and I can say that it is not easy to play Nami 1 Congratulations to the Champion of the tournament that played Nami, 2 Nami is a deck that requires a lot of memory when arranging the cards at the bottom of the deck and the ability to manage gifts and the sequence of use of your cards. Not everyone likes to play this deck requires skill. 3 The bad thing about playing Nami is that generally at the end of the game the opponent ends up upset because you finish the cards in the deck quickly and you win, and he doesn't know how to manage the hits even though his field is full. In conclusion, many will hate this deck, but it is perhaps because they don't know how to use it or don't know how to play against it and they lose against it, it is understandable.
Nami is a problem BECAUSE of Gecko. The black dominance just checks anything that would run Nami over. We just had a Nami win our regional. I'm telling yall the meta is busted when the best way to play is literally no to
Flacko, your comments section is insane. They fell hook line and sinker to the "Black Propoganda." Black is the most dominant color in the game, fact not an opinion. Blacks mission is to ensure that you can not untap with units, fact not an opinion. That is literally them playing the game, and you not getting to play because the other kid chose "gun" in a game of rock paper scissors. Is Nami a snooze, yeah. It can be. But if you pay attention, Nami actually lets you play the game and swing with your units, even if it's what they want you to do. The sooner that the player base wakes up and realizes that if they point their vitriol for Nami at Black, Bandai//Cardas might actually have to do something. Reread Jack. Reread it until you wake up and realize that no cards outside of black will ever be as good as Jack. Then, recognize that Black also has Gecko, Sabo, and Rebecca all in the same deck and before you complain about a Nami player ever again. You sound like clowns, OPTCG players 😂
Ngl it seems like whatever and whenever anything does remotely good everyone will Be upset. Lucci, big mom, Nami etc I’ve been complaining about Nami even when I first played the game. Nami is just a boring deck to play against.
@Painflacko I get that the community hates Nami and that it's been that way for a minute, but a new deck topping is a GOOD THING 😑😂 The fact that several players come from other card games and are still somehow mad at Nami's alt win con because it is "solitaire" or "boring" is so interesting. Black has Jack. If Jack didn't loot, it would be played. If Jack didn't pop, it would be played. If Jack didn't count as an 11C, it would be played. Black is the color that most obviously doesn't play by the rules and restrictions of the other colors. Gecko, Rebecca, Jack, and Sabo are all examples of this. Those cards can all be played together the same black deck, absolutely wild 🫠 It will never stop being insane to me that the best counter to black, Sabo, REQUIRES that you play black. Asinine design 💀😑 If the community could slow their roll and recognize that the real problem is the color that survived the most recent ban list and is still on top, even as far as OP10, Bandai and Cardas might just listen 🙏 Don't count on it, tho. They're gonna stay big, baby rage, mad at the randomest decks. Watch Enel top, and then the tears will follow 🤡🤡🤡
Love your channel absolut top for learing all about the game. I would also appreciate your opinion on what are the best sets to rip? YES I KNOW BUYING SINGLES IS THE BEST WAY STILL.❤😂
Thanks for the support gang! Appreciate you! If I personally had to rip any product I would have to rip the new PRB SET that releases in Nov. new reprints and Don cards.
Nami can be easily checked and dealt with by multiple colors. Red, Purple, Yellow, some blue deal with her. She straight up dies to aggro and *some midrange decks. Also, Nami barely wins tournaments. Lucci been winning for 3-4 sets and yall are mad because he lost solitaire to Nami? Im happy this happened. And i hope more Nami players rise up and eat right now. Btw, I hate Nami, but I hate Lucci more.
I think Moria is a problem card and I hate black's color dominance, but I hate more how Nami literally plays a different game than any other deck. That doesn't really make it cool and unique, it makes it terribly boring for anyone going against it. Swing magic numbers and hope they just don't have the counter for it or hit pilaf out of life when they do take damage. Nami takes a lot of skill to play well, but imo still should not exist in this kind of tcg lol
Love a Nami win. I ain't clamoring for any bans, but Black is the most dominant color and it has the most dominant decks. Seeing anything else get a win is great. Frankly the Nami slander cooks me. We're talking highest level of skill and gameplay and people like to act like Nami is tier 0 lol. I know some people think Nami is a snooze, but when I'm locked playing it, or playing against it, the deck is wild and the gameplay is tight.
