Great Video! Just one question to be clear, so I need to have all step 7 package installed on the PC that I want as a OPC Server? If I want to use a PC for a programming station and other for a OPC Server I need to have Step 7 installed on both?
Hello Sir, Your video is very clear to me. However, if I do the same as you I can't download the OPC. It allways says it was not posible to establish a connection. My home PC is also used as the PG and I want to use it as the OPC server. What is wrong? Do I need to lower the fire wall or turn of the virus scanner on the PC? Hope you van help me. Thanks for reply dear i already simulate programs but now i want to connect simatic s7 to reliance scada for this i simulate programs using plcsim tcp/ip interface on pg/pc interface and successfully configured but when i tried to connect with reliance scada using that ip address nothing happened and one thing i observed my simatic workstation configuration have a problem coz server not getting start for multiterminal can u plz help me out I'll be very grateful to you
