Open a Power App with an specific Item select from a hyperlink 

I need to send by email a link to a SharePoint form, but here is the twist:
The form is custom made in Power Apps, and it must open a specific element of the list it based on.
Two challenges, how do I send the link to the right row and how do i make the app recognize that element...
As this one will need quite a lot of custom code, let me show you so it is easier to understand.
