Hello friends,
In this video i will open activa 5g headlight. The pilot light is working, but problem with headlight led.
In this headlight you cannot do any type of modifications since it is re installed led.

Hello friends, this headlight I had purchased from Honda service centre. The high beam led has got fused, need to repair it. The working principle is different from halogen headlight. Once gets repaired will try to fit in my activa 3g. If done then it can be installed in 3g, 4g. This headlight is very costly and cannot be modified. The price of this headlight is 1600 Rs.

It doesn't has impact on battery. And led cannot be replaced, because those leds are not available.

Very costly indeed. This headlight costs only Rs.600 from OEM. Honda DOES NOT MANUFACTURE THESE LIGHTS! Moreover the design is so simple. I have worked on much more complex LED technologies. Honda is scamming it's customers.

If original battery is of 4 amp or 5 amp then install exide. If u want to install big battery of 7amp then install amaron

why do you write "please reply as soon as possible". honda service center will not do this. you will have to get it done from any local experienced mechanic or any one who is experienced in doing customisation.

I used to test LED driver IC. They are very complex. Pl share the IC Name and number. They are designed so well that they cannot go bad by normal use. This is dc based, given reverse polarity will damage permeability. Be very careful.
