@@rodrodriguez7032 Have you tried using them with your iPod in a waterproof case? I just found my set, I lost them about a year ago, and wanted to try them in the pool, but wanted to check they were waterproof. So thank you for a great, in depth, video. I'm now looking for a waterproof case, but wanted to ask if you or your viewers had tried it already?
How far away from the headphones did you hold the iPod (in pants or arm in case or something)? I wonder if being close to the headphones would help. I'm wondering whether to buy them because I would like to connect them to my smartwatch and I hope that this relatively small distance may be sufficient.
I did find a really good brand off of amazon. however, I'm not swimming right now. thanks for asking. I want to do a video of the new earbuds at some point :)
@@rodrodriguez7032 you're not going to find a pair of bluetooth headphones that work under water. They may be water proof but that's not going to help when the Bluetooth waves can't go threw water. You can use these in the shower and stuff but it literally says in the packaging that they aren't made to swim with.
@@bloodman098 you're right. So much for listening to much while I try to swim. I did however found true earbuds. Awia prodigy 2...very nice. Sound is excellent
That sucks. I bought from Amazon Awia prodigy air 2. For $50 bucks outstanding the only thing it won't connect to my ipod or my phone ar the same time. The value is outstanding. There small low base, the sound is really good. Can't go wrong for 50 bucks
@@skybugg47 Dude let me tell u something, do not like submerge them, they still work but the volume is so small in water, and btw YOU HAVE TO DRY THE PINS ON THE EARBUDS AFTER U USE THEM IN WATER, I thought the pins are waterproof too so I threw the case into the water and it literally died on me, I got 2 of the t12's and the second one died on me just randomly idk
