Artificial intelligence, blockchain and digital crowdsourcing platforms have the potential to dramatically change approaches to city management. Along with new technological tools, new mechanisms of interaction between the city and citizens are emerging.
In the final discussion, we would like to discuss how the city management system is changing from the point of view of sociology, political science, what role technology plays in this process, what influence do citizens, business, development institutions and other agents of change have?
