I think picking up the level 2 doom he was offered near the end would be better than enchantress. Warrior synergy, better stats and his ultimate late game can really help.
I mean I like him, but he didn't play it well. Just look at how he lvls up before a creep round wasting 2 Gold and having to sell stuff to not lose 3 Gold and still losing. Putting stuff in even though other pieces on bench wouldnhave better synergy. It's those things that really make me nervous while watching. What a shame, he's such a nice streamer
The item drop RNG is absolutely rediculous. Aside from that the 6 Goblin bonus is absolutely overpowered. My only negative points so far for AutoChess. Thanks for introducing the game by the way. :D
They really need to make items more common, it should be about strategically placing items on heroes, rather then hoping you're lucky enough to have them drop at all.
I'm not sure why more people don't cut picks from others at the start of the game. If you've got a BH in your picks, 1 gold to spare, no other viable picks and everyone else is running BH, pick the BH. Yes, sure it's only a slight reduction in their chances to get another BH, but this game is all about taking every incremental advantage you can get. Who knows, they might not get their gobbo picks and send BHs your way, too.
Kunkka is great, but I whould perhaps had attempted to get a Sand King 2/3 stars since noone went for Sand King. Then I whould use 4x Beast + 3x Assassin bonus and just rely on Templar Assassin to cheese me trought. Especially since Sand King are about as tanky as Kunkka(w/o warrior buff), except Sand King have a stun which allows him to reset his position, It's instant and could probably be used twice. You also severly lacked dps which 4x beasts and 3x assassin might had fixed up. But well played indeed.
that's actually a good point, he would have had at least sand king 2, possibly 3... and would have dealt more damage for sure. Kunkka did have some sick ults though
@@Rushh247 Kunkka(and Medusa) is more of a 2ndary stun tbh. He's great if you run disruptor, Tide or any other stuns like Sand King. Because then the boat will stunlock. When Kunkkas on his own however, the boat will be way to late in late game and you can't really capitalize on him. It's the same with Medusa really. Both of them are great thou.
@@whitchellegera291 Considering what he was up against that whould probably just worsen the situation since his frontline got creamed. He should had moved his frontline a bit more to the left to avoid the disruptor and placed his ranged spread in the two opposite corners to avoid everyone getting cought in disruption field and Tide Ulti. Disruption have a bit of an odd targeting script so it whould had always attempted to hit his Enchantress rank 3(since well shes a rank 3) So putting her deep down into the corner whould had baited disruption field letting his other units acctually do their abilities.
Thats what I was saying for like 10 rounds. His only synergy was elves and beast 2. PA 2 with assassin synergy is extremely obnoxious and ALL of his units benefit from beast synergy since they all do damage via autos or summoning pets for more autos.
Items are so strong, platemail on a ogre magi early is huge..early ck2 or dk2 to. but getting 6 items up to round 4 or like nothing is to huge rng. most mobs should have a fixed drop rate with random stuff.
couldnt you have given the blink to all the middle units? Backline Lycan and AM is a good strat, and Blinking Enchantress to their back might have helped keep it away from damage dealers
In my opinion keeping the enchantress while already having 2 other beasts is the only mistake you did. Putting in Doom, Tidehunter, Medusa, or Enigma are all viable and better options.
Don't think you're supposed to buy cheap units in open fort strategy. The advantage is that you begin creating your team with a selection of stronger units, while earning more gold. Will gladly have a civilized dialogue with anyone that disagrees.
So if you go all the way with empty fort, hoping to find stuff at the end of you having money most of the time you just end up dying because there simply isn't enough time to build up an army with half decent units with an empty fort. It is more consistent if you buy cheap units instead of just having nothing. Besides, there are units any midgame comp would want, like AM, BM, and Timber. Also for the faint chance of beating creep waves.
You definitely need some cheaper units to create synergy, a bunch of random 3-4 cost units won’t work. Haven’t played open fort so might be wrong but this just seems logical to me.
Strong units have better abilities but also cost more, therefore reduce you income. An additional drawback is that tier 2 units have more health and deal more damage. You'll still loose with tier 1 3-4 cost units. :/
Id say lower cost but tier 2/3 units give you a strong base for boni so you know in wich direction you want to go with higher cost minions. As long as you dont loose interest while buying low cost minions, I think you should get them to build a base for your lategame composition
Hello guys.. I am Bishop 3 and the game always matching me with knights and pawns.. The problem is I gain only 1 rank from 3 or 4 wins (1st place).. and I lose rank directly for one loss even if I came 3rd place.. Is that the issue for all people?
