For anyone that its not working CMD -> ipconfig -> ipv4 ip I had to do npm run dev -- --host [your local ip] then on your phone, just type in the network ip with the port in your browser

when you type npm start you get two link local and on your network. Enter that on your network ip address in your mobile it will open react project in your mobile.

For full functionality including the backend: First connect phone and laptop to same wifi, then find ipv4 address of laptop, run all backend api and context api on that ip adress. Type in same ip address in phone to be able to use the functionalities of the app on phone. I wasted 3 hours behind this.
