I think this anastomosis could be done with two cartridges, rather than 4 as you've used. Fire one for the side to side first, and then another to seal both enterotomies together
But where did the "CUT OFF" tissue (which was cut between the 2 suture lines to create the lumen) go ?? Because if the blade has cut the tissue it should have been removed also @@jonosoot
