I am relatively new to accepting our interconnectedness! As a scientist, My resistance stemmed from what I thought was critical analysis. I now realize that it wasn’t CA but deep desires to exclude! As my energy waned I realized I created too many conditions for others to be accepted into my field of love! I’ve dropped those requirements and am allowing the healing to begin! I found that closing your eyes and visualizing an energy flowing from your crown through your root as you breathe through the mantra, holding after taking the breath in your throat and then releasing downwards from there to vocalize, helps the most with this practice
As a father is tender towards his children : so is the Lord tender to those that fear him. For he knows of what we are made : he remembers that we are but dust. We are but grass We flourish like a flower of the field. When the wind goes over it, it is gone. And it's place will know it, no more. But the merciful goodness of the lord endures forever and ever.
