Special thanks to my close friend, Yasmin for helping me cut the video, thank you :3
If any of you have any perspectives or suggestions feel free to comment :]

Thanks you :'), to be fair I wasn't so great either but yea, it suks being boycotted and bullied because I'm being different :/ But thanks again for your blessing, life can be so hard when I give myself so much pressure and expectation :(, sometimes in life I really wanna give up and run away from everything, but I know I will keep going and try again

hey (long rant incoming) just want to say that you aren't alone when it comes to these topics, i was also exposed to this type of content at a young age and it drastically affected the way i viewed myself and how i let others see me. and having a past of sexual abuse/trauma does not help cope with my addiction either, but rather intensified it for me as i went through a hyper-sexual phase at the age of 14-16 years old. thankfully, i grew out of that phase; however, to this day, it's also still something i genuinely am working on currently and the longest i've went without it is like 2-3 months, but something that helps me avoid it is that when i do think about it, i just do something else immediately or try to distract myself from those kinds of thoughts like doing anything but that helps a lot. whether it's just going for a walk, taking myself out to a restaurant, or literally anything is better LOL i often try to think about the reasons as to why i do it (the root of the problem) since it also comes from a place of loneliness (personally for me), and what are some other ways i could help fill my own void of loneliness by doing other things that may mentally benefit me instead. i think your acknowledgement towards this subject is a great start, but i can also understand how tough it is to put in those necessary steps and works to make it another routine to be consistent with and not involve doing acts like that. i've been watching ur vids for a while and i just want to say that despite everything you've been through, you're still doing your best to show up for yourself in that moment. it also shows your strength and refusal to give into your darkest thoughts just yet and because of that, i am deeply proud of you & wish you the best of luck on your self-improvement journey :)

Harro [:3c, no worry about long rant, it is my honor and pleasure to share and read people thoughts and emotions. Sorry to know that you went through sexual abuse and traumas, I hope you take all the time you need to heal from these things 🌼 Thank you for your encouragement and notice on my hardwork, although maybe 70% I feel like I'm not even trying at all, but I didn't used to have that 30% when I was younger, so it's definitely a progress, I believe we can do this (•̀ᴗ•́)و

It´s hard bro, it´s something that will seem impossible at first, there will be relapses but what it counts it´s the amount of time between these relapses, time will help making those more rare, you have to fullfill that necessity with another activity, an activity that rewards you, such as gym, learning an instument or a skill, that´s up to you, im no expert but i´ve been thru the same and my advice is to improve one-self, your self esteem, talking to people, trying to be more social, etc... anyway, i hope you can begin a journey of overcoming this and stick to it! best of wishes bro

you're right, it does feel like my world gonna collapse without it. Also with the activity part I do feel stuck, for the past 4 years my life have been around looking at phone and computer, either for entertainment, art, video game or p*rn, right now im trying to slowly changing it. Thank you for your encouragement, this shall be a tough and worthy journey🌼

It's truly heartening to hear you acknowledge the challenges and the addiction you're facing. I'm genuinely hopeful for your recovery journey and wish you all the best! Additionally, I'd like to share a perspective that self-pleasure, in its essence, isn't wrong. It's a natural and enjoyable. Perhaps the core issue to address here is the consumption of pornography, which, as you've insightfully noted, can distort perceptions of women and fuel negative thoughts. Focusing on healthier habits and attitudes towards intimacy might be a significant step forward.

I had this same problem in middle school when I was most stressed time in my life, I agree with all the things you said. I was very focused on the negative, and this was a way to forget about it. I don’t really remember how I stopped, but I think it was stop holding myself inside my room, and I wanted to stop feeling this negative feeling, and I knew I had to change because really I am the only one who can change things about my life

I agree, at the end no matter how many people are supporting us, we need to be the one who is willing to take each step, I hope you can grow through all the difficulty along your life 🌼

Hey man, you are get through this, since I am currently battling it too, I will tell things that help me (since now I feel really confident that this year I can beat it) 1) Don't beat yourself much about not beating the addiction in one-go: when talking about defeating an addiction, we always assume that we have to beat it fully in our first try, that we have to just say to ourselves, that we are gonna be like "yeah, i'm going to stop now" and completely stop. What I'm trying to say that if you relapse in two days, don't put yourself down, instead just think "okay, if can resist 2 days, then I can resist 3 days, If can resist 3 days then I can resist 5 days, if I can resist 5 days then I can resist 1 week...." and so on. 2) Unlike other addictions, p*rn addiction it's one of the hardest, not because of the aftereffects for resisting it, but a lot of the reasons that partake in the p*rn addiction, is because of a lot of factors within your life, if you talk to people with this addiction, you are gonna realiza that the mayority of them, became addicted because of different reasons, though with one shared objective, coping with their situations. My advice is that start introspecting and find the reasons of why you started to watch more and more p*rn, for example for me it started really becoming an addiction during the quaratine because of identity and family issues that I had, so what I did is to talk to myself to really understand what I needed to fix, change my perspective about or add/deacrease the importance off. 3) I think other people are already telling you but i'm gonna repeat it, go and search about different things, on how to beat it, after all is a journey that you alone has to go through. Thats it, if anyone wants to add something or correct on something feel free too, this is a battle in wich any help is needed (P.S: If you find any typos sorry about it, english is not my first lenguage)

thank you for your words, throughout my growth i often have this 1 or 100 thinking, for example if i did something for 30%, i would hardly recognize and appreciate myself for this 30% i work on, and only focus on the 70% i didnt go, so much so i would disregard my effort and look at myself as 0. There are going to be relapses in the process i believe, i cant be too obsessed with getting rid of it fully, things do take time. I think of all addiction p* addiction is one of the thing people dont talk about it often, i feel like it is getting normalized, and get taken as a joke or something, which is also why i wanna talk about it. I agree with finding reasons and the root cause of this addiction, to help better understanding of myself instead of keep focusing on getting rid of it. Thank you again for your long writing, I appreciate your time, also your English lookin good, worry not :3

I think 4-5 times a week is very normal, its only 2-3 hours a week and doesnt affect life at all, 2-4 times a day is when it starts being a problem

np. if i had to give a sliver of advice from experience, distractions help a lot. letting your mind be empty lets the thoughts of needing it more set in, so being around people/ doing things to get your mind off it help a fuckton. even things like video games help. helped me get off alc, and godspeed to you man.

I am not saying and I don't want to say that being fit cannot increase your apparance and I know it does for sure, but it looks like your comments weren't say out of good intentions or good thoughts. Looks like y'all are the type of people selecting friends based on their apparences or something
