Sir i went Canada for my masters on jan 2015 completed masters in 2.5 years because of savings money ...but unfortunately I got my provisional degree on the last day of my study permit sep 2017 ...went border for flag polling , refused for PGWP ...then met an Indian lawyer oct 2017 he said dont worry I will apply through H$C do not go India wait here , after 115 days I got letter from CIC to leave canada because I am out of status .. Lawyer took 7000$ and said you are implied status do not go India otherwise your H&C file will inactive ...i wait 1 year more .. then nothing heard from CIC , finally I came back India on jan 2019 because I thought overstay wouldn't be good ....I applied for case noted before landing India .. Anf after 3 months march 2019 I got cqse notes wqs showing my lawyer didn't apply anything ...I asked to lawyer ..he said his assistant forgot ...whatever it was a old painfull story ..let's stop here Now I am applying PR from India got ITA as well ...but i am afraid when I will mention about my overstay my file will be cancelled ? Although I I have all proof of my H$C file ... Please sir let me know what should I do? This situation is double corona pandemic for me ...I am struggling from july 2014 from study plan till now .
